Need answers about service

It's been on more than 1 occasion that I try and redeem an offer or just get my points and nothing works but the damn scanner still ask for a tip go figure .I had a similar incident with pizza hut back in 2016 and haven't purchased anything from them since.I really like blaze pizza but having second thoughts

Wrongfully accused and poorly treated by local management

AvoiBELOW IS A MESSAGE I SENT TO STORE #1130 MANAGER MACKENZIE HASKILL I am replying to this email so that you can see the previous correspondence we had and how you said you were going to compensate me. As I stated before, I live about 40 minutes from your store, so it is an inconvenience to come out for pizza but because I love Blaze, I do it! I have started frequenting other locations when Im in the areas because of the lack of good customer experience and too often BLACK crust at your location. I came to your store at 8:30pm today, 8/5/23 to redeem what was stated by you, A REFUND FOR MY ORDER OR the remake of my order plus drink-S & dessert-S because of the inconvenience. The manager tonight whos name I believe was IVIS (who refused to talk to me when I came back in to ask for a name) was shockingly rude and made it clear he did not believe me or want to fulfill my promise from you. He claimed he was on the phone with you after about 10 minutes of making me wait so he could, and I quote, deal with me after he took care of his customers **The pizzas were already made and getting cold** He said, Maam, thats too much, I cant give you all that free It was 2 build your own pizzas, 2 drinks, 2 cookies!! I stated that what I was getting free was a couple of cookies and drinks and the pizzas were a remake. He insisted I was not going to get what I was promised! He asked me to show him the email multiple times, I even read it out loud for all of the customers to hear. (EMBARRASSING) He held the pizza hostage behind the counter, getting cold that for about 15 minutes. My 6 month old baby was waiting in the car with my teenage Son, so I finally left with just the COLD pizza because he told me to put the drinks down and refused to give the cookies! To summarize, this is no longer about PIZZA! I was treated like a child, a liar and a thief. I was just taking my son out for pizza and dessert. We ended up having to buy drinks and desserts from Chick fil a. So, once again your location was a waste of time, gas, money and a huge frustration and embarrassment. Am, I don't like to talk badly about the company. The supervisors are the ones who are doing their job badly.i Am one of the people who take advantage of the problem to take advantage of what I want is to get my job back

Missing pizza

Ordered a pizza for delivery and it never came. I cant help but to feel cheated. I called the store no answer.

Expensive pizza was ruined by over cooked basil

I ordered two xl pizza. One was fine. The other one I ordered basil and whoever baked it dried up and shrivelled up the basil turning all the toppings bitter. Im a chef so I know EXACTLY why things taste the way they do. Very disappointing. Almost $40 Canadian for a pizza that was thrown out out.

I tried to redeem my points but keeps giving me errors. I tried to contact you and your site gives me a different error. I love Blaze pizza, your product and quality is outstanding but your customer service and promotion such as redeeming points is lousy and frustrating

Manager rude

Was given inside the stir on victory boulevard. North Hollywood wrong pizza with dow instead keto crust I asked no meat. WS bacon on it. Gave me wrong order I calls spoke with manager. Ordered over the phone for it to be ready no meat. Was ready to pick up she denied my request and HER PROMISE I WENT HOME EMPTY HAND. App didn't work

I prefer to speak to someone over the phone but this seems to be the only way so Yes, thank you for reaching out as I have tried to call and couldnt get through. We just got into town from a long 9 hour drive and didnt want to miss our free pizza as rewards were expiring that night! We drove an additional 20 minutes to get there and I had enough points for a free cheese bread and pizza. When they rang up my order they said I could only get credit for the cheese bread because the app only can take one item at a time! The line was super long and they wouldnt give me the free pizza even though my rewards were expiring that night! We have been coming to Blaze for years as one of our favorite dinner places and I was extremely disappointed and frustrated at how this situation was handled! I went to the Palm Desert, Ca. Location. If I could still get my free pizza that would be great but I also feel I should be compensated extra because of how this was handled.

i had $5 Blaze 11 inch pizza, my email or my app did not work with my phone. buy one get one pizza coupon also did not work in March 2023 and my purchase is not adding up in my account. call me can you tell me what is wrong? why my phone no or my app account does not work

Very bad experience

My husband and I took our grandson to Blaze Pizza on March 27,2023. We visited the location at McFarland Dr, Durham, NC. 27707. We got in line at 7:05pm and checked out at 7:50pm. It was not that crowded! It should not take 45 minutes to place an order for two pizzas! They were out of a few ingredients and many available were not fresh. Also, there were a couple of drinks unavailable. Once we finally got our pizzas, one of the pizzas had badly charred crust. I realize that service is not what it used to be but a family should not spend $30.00 and have such a bad experience,
