Sink technical question

Not much to say other than their customer is very poor, we have purchased our sink but really have never been able to get ahold of customer service.

I have now received 2 sinks both of which were cracked upon delivery. They were packaged well and box was not damaged which makes me think it’s the product that is cheaply made.

I have ordered 2 sinks both of which were cracked upon delivery. The packaging was good so the product has to be cheaply made. I have been calling and wrote an email as well and cannot get anyone to answer or return my call. The customer service is a complete joke. They were of NO help whatsoever.

Blanco customer service sucks. unprofessional, incompetent and arrogant - namely Julie

i just completed a very high end renovation and the expensive blanco faucet is not working correctly. i called customer service, submitted pictures, etc and instead of sending me a new faucet then sent me 2 replacement parts. the plumber cost $500 for 2 hours, the same price as the faucet. turns out the parts weren't even correct. i am now in a loop with them trying to convince them to just send me a new faucet as its under warranty. uggg. they are awful at customer service and i may just have to eat it out of frustration and buy a new faucet as i can't wait any longer.

Defective finish on a sink

My Blanco Diamond 1 - 3/4 bowl reverse with low divide kitchen sink has had an unusual. spotting problem since it was installed. Now the taupe color is blotchy and there is a chip in it. There is another similar Blanco in a lower level kitchen and the finish is beautiful even though it is heavily used. I believe it was installed in the Spring of 2020 in a new construction. Is there a warranty?

Parts for faucet

Cant talk to anyone call and the line goes to failed and disconnect.you have my attention info where to deliver I need the flex spray hose leaking st factory connection with washer also spray head assembly unless I need the plastic driveter and new cap with instructions.Please confirm the request by text it email Orderer parts before traveling can not supply more info

The worst company. Don’t buy their products.

Dont buy I filled out the warranty and was told they would replace my faucet. They sent a faulty link. They dont answer emails or fulfill requests.when I finally reached someone they guaranteed they would send the correct link. They never did.

Disposal Drain Warranty

we purchased a Blanco sink and disposal flange/drain as part of a major renovation of your home and a new kitchen in late October 2020 and it was installed prior to our move in December 2020. I contacted Blanco in September 2022 because the paint on the disposal drain was starting to come off and it looks horrible against a black sink. They said the warranty was for one year, however, if pictures show that clearly it is a manufacturer issue, they need to take notice. If the disposal side is just to run water down a drain, why is the paint coming off? Why doesn't Blanco offer a solution other than "it's not covered by warranty, so you can purchase a new one"?

I am waiting for a reply- multiple attempts. I am hoping they correct the problem. Feeling like I may be naive.

Hairline crack in blanco sink and discoloring if the garbage disposal drain. I have tried to reach out since right after purchasing. First problem was discolored drain, and then we saw the hairline crack. Crickets from Blanco. And the customer service phone info has been a complete waste of time. You hold for 20 minutes. Then they tell you they are busy. Then they disconnect. I called Johore to begin with and they pick up the phone.

Parts not with sunk

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ACCESS, no one answered after trying, for 3 days, left on hold indefinitely . Siligranit sink calls for special clips but did include, paid plumber yet he could finish install. COSTLY. And customer service always unavailable.

Warranty

I've been waiting to hear back regarding a warranty issue The sink was delivered two times broken and the third sink when it was installed had a small crack. We were told this was a warranty issue and her just trying to get an answer nothing

Cleaning

I was NOT 'pissed' before I called.. just had a question about whether I could use a mild bleach solution to clean my Blanco composite sink. But I did BECOME pissed as I waited on hold for 17 minutes! Finally hung up.

2 weeks and counting for a lifetime warranty on a faucet .

Contacted Johnathan Heleno customer service and sent all info they requested!! Not one call or email text NOTHING. Totally useless customer service. I want a call from upper management or headquarters. They sell the products but *** for honesty!!! Linda LaFleur
