Problems and when I call customer service, it goes straight to hanging me up

I joined yesterday. I try to log on today. It says now I want my email and my email and it says its the wrong one tried to call Customer Service and it hangs up on you right away.

Dispute unauthorized charges.

I was locked out of my account. I was on a premium plan, unable to counsel because I had no access. They charged my card for services i can't even use.

Subscription issues

My subscription is not allowing me to fully access my account. Can not read messages. Keeps telling me my subscription will renew on 8/12. But its active and Ive reached out to Apple and they have confirmed its active. I would like to speak with someone via phone. 504-982-****

Can't access website

I haven't been able to successfully access my account even though I have a fully paid for subscription. I've tried continuously to reach out to Black people meet but no one ever answers the phone or else it always busy, and the website cannot be reached neither by browser or by the app. I feel like this is a major scam! I want my money back!

Cannot access the website or my account

This is literally the 4th time that I've communicated with you about my issues with accessing the BPM website or the app!! I have a paid subscription but I am not able to access the website or the app for BPM. You keep sending me email saying that you're looking into it but yet you have not fixed the issue. I would like to cancel my subscription because BPM is inconsistent with their customer service other than being consistent in making sure that I do not connect to my account! Since you have failed continuously to provide me a remedy and service, I wish to end or else delete my account with BPM. I do not wish to have my account charged any further seeing I can't even access the website or the app.

Cannot log onto website blm.com n they r changing me over 100 dollars thru automatic deduction from my checking acct

I paid black people meet thru auto pay from my checking account...I cannot get on to their website n their website...n they have no customer phone number n no customer service website to contact them ..they took 105 dollars from my checking account auto pay n I cannot use their website or contact them

Can not access my account

For some reason, the Black People Meet app will not verify my phone number even though it is the number I established the account with. Thus, I am unable to access the communications from interested parties that I receive via my email address. I contacted BPM via email about the issue on 7-18-23 and received an email back that I should hear from someone within 24-48 hours. I received multiple emails requesting information from me in order to make the correction. I have responded 4 times to those emails from different BPM personal and received 3 responses that they had to send the information to someone else who could resolve the issue. It is now 7-23-23 (5 days later) and I am still unable to access my account. There is no way to reach BPM by phone. (I didn't know that when I paid the money to upgrade my account.) I have had no access since I upgraded and then logged out of my account. This is absolutely awful customer service. While I like the app, this lack of timely assistance to customers is completely unacceptable.

Resolved: Blocked acess

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. After several emails to customer support regarding my blocked access my access has been restored.

Hello, this site took my paid subscription money and has blocked my access, the reason given is cant verify my phone number. This site owes me money as I am not able to use the service I paid for. The phone number provided is unavailable, all you get is a busy signal and then a disconnected call.

I can use this app and I paid my fee so it is not doing me any good if it not fixed by 3pm today 7/21/23 I will cancel my subscription and you can refund me my money

I was Already on BPM after I paid to continue it said this was not my phone number 337303**** but this is how I had been talking with men I had met on BPM since last year you need to be able to check your records

You won’t take Catherine Joubert name off this account she no longer has this phone number you can check with consumers cellular my name is Laura Constantine and this is my number and I have an iPhon

App problems saying this is not my phone number but it is. The pet who had this number is Catherine an consumer cellular said they can't remove her name off this number so when I put this app is said this was not my number

Trouble with my account/have already paid

I have paid for a 6 month subscription. Need help with restoring my account. What do I need to do? I am not a pissed customer. This was the only way to send a message.

To solve a problem to open up my account

Ive been trying to renew my subscription with blackpeoplemeet, and they are declining my Visa card and I dont know why because the money is on the card, now the closed me out of my account and all I was trying to do was ends my subscription, Ive been a member with you guys for a long time and would like to continue to doing business with you guys, I really hope we can resolve this issue, so you can reopen my account.

Terrible customer service

Cancelled a while ago but still getting billed. When I try to cancel on the sight it tries to force me to reactivate the account.
