I waited for an hour in Utrecht, needing to come back to Brussels and they didnt come. Waiting there, asking everyone, no one knew, I tried to call, no one answers. You feel completely forgotten and not knowing what to do they dont have either a customer service phone. And of course, they dont reimburse the money. A complete scam DO NOT travel with them!!!

Its really frustrating of how difficult is getting in touch with this company. I bought a ticket with omio and i have to cancel for illness of a close family member i did more than 24 hours before. I got a voucher from blabla car bus which is so impossible to use because there are not buses or trips available ever. I wanted a refund even it wasnt the full amount but no one is able to contact me and give a solution about it.

Hi Your company cancelled my trips with this references code: FTGR8Q and ILQXJG This cancellation give me rise to many problem: My trip from Nottingham to London should be cancelled. 2. My ticket from London to Nottingham should be cancelled. 3. The price of New ticket from London to Antwerp has doubled or tripled the price. 4. The price of ticket from Antwerp to London has doubled or triple the price. As you have cancelled my ticket and you lead to this problems. Now you are responsible for them.

The bus left me behind at the duty free euro tunnel border
I did submit the complaint 4days ago and I didn't get any compensation yet while I explained to them what happened I been left behind by the driver at the duty-free at the border of France going to London I was really depressed with that and I left my apple laptop in the bus and I couldn't get it back I did search for the phone number to call to findout where is my laptop and tell them where my bus to go to England no body answered the phone I was really stuck there so can you please something about it thank you your faithful mohamed fiala

Car driver don't receive my call
On Sunday 07-05- **** l booked a car from Vijayawada to Hyderabad in our app. Initially the driver accepted and he suggested the pickup point address. After that the driver phone was switched off and tried too many times to reach him but no use. I tried to call app customer service number also, but it's not get connected. I waited more than one and half hour for the car, but the driver not reach me. Then l tried another transport and I get the RTC. While traveling also I tried to call the driver but this time phone rings, but he didn't answer my calls. I'm really disappointed with the BlaBlaCar service that day. Unfortunately I didn't cancel the ride, that's why it shows the ride was completed in my ride list, but actually I didn't. This was the forest experience with you BlaBlaCar. Facing so much tension and stress with my mom and my kid. Please take the action on that driver. Even till now, I didn't get a call back from your driver to get clarification about that day.
