Food Quality

I ordered a pizza (BJ's Combo) on 8/20. Improvement is need on the product. It was very salty. It was almost as if the cheese was salty. The crust was like bread--it was not crisp or crunchy. The quantity of toppings was good. The salty taste and bread like crust made the pizza so, so. A 3 or 4 out of 10 with 5 being average.

Human resources

I put my 2 weeks in on the 31st of July, they told me they would accept my 2 weeks but i wouldn't need to work there. I had to call them to ask where my money was and found out at the 3-week mark I was still employed.

I received an email requesting I participate in a survey and I would receive a $10 reward but as soon as I clicked on the survey which was immediately after I received the email it said the survey was closed so nor getting the reward not happy

Poor quality prime rib sandwich

No reward points are given to my account. I paid $457.41 I gave the server my phone number and I guess he didnt put it towards my order. Im not happy about it.

Refund Request- ORDER# 2548****

First, we as a family love the BJ's dine-in environment (interactive). Yesterday, we had a family gettogether, thus decided to place an order online. It was my 1st time ordering food via BJ's website (using a phone). It was a truly challenging experience as it was a bit difficult placing an order. Thus, I called the restaurant location (Peoria), and I was directed to the website without much of assistance over the phone. Overall, I end up making few errors while placing an online order. 1st, I intended to place an order for 1 large vegetable pizza; however, by mistake I ended up ordering two (Vegetarian Pizza (2) 64.50). Then, I usually give a tip for dine-in service; however, I made an error, I gave 11% tip ($11.61) online for no in-restaurant service. Therefore, I would greatly appreciate a refund of $43.86. Horrible experience

To whom it may concern: I wanted to voice my opinon on the service my party received yesterday on 7/7/23 at the mission valley location. First and foremost the waiter was great and we didnt have an issue with him at all. We waited over 30 minutes for our food and when our party recieved our food everyones food was lukewarm and tasted horrible. We notifed the manager on duty and he offered a everyone either to remake the food or to discount our items. He made it seem like it would take too long to remake so he insisted on discounts. Which i find to be rude. He told my husband he would not have us pay for our stuff because of all of the issues but the waiter still brought us a check for over 100 dollars. He still charged us for our food but discounted it. We do not have the receipts anymore because we were so pissed off that we left after paying for our food. I think someone needs to make this right. Discounts werent enough to make up for all of us not eating and still leaving hungry. We will never come back to this establishment due to the poor quality of food and lack of customer service.

Manager was extremely rude and refused to listen to me!

I was going to have a salad, but I asked what the specials were for the evening. I was not very hungry, so I ordered two half price appetizers instead of one salad!!! I had two other friends at the table, listening to the discussion. We all understood that I was ordering two appetizers instead of the salad, I had a choice of having two appetizers or one salad for almost the same money and the choice was appealing to me as I could share with my friends who were hungry! When my bill came I said to the server this was on happy hour, she went to the Manager came back to the table, said that what I ordered was not half price! The manager came over, told me I had to pay the full bill. I said the server should have told me that this was not a half price item! We are saying half would have been $7.50 approximately. He absolutely refused what I said, my friends said I was absolutely correct on what I was saying. Mr. Arrogant- your manager, picked up the bill, and my friends said he said he would take care of it!!! My friends said he is writing it off. I said I dont want it written off, I will pay what I owe. Two appetizers at half price and two glasses of wine. We waited and waited with my credit card on the table and the servers tip in cash, sitting on the table (friends say he (manager) is taking care of the bill. I said I will pay what I owe! I dont do this! Server was at another table and I called her over, and asked for my corrected bill. She came back with the original bill. I asked to speak to the Manager again and he told me, I ate it and drank it, you need to pay for it!! I said to him I was not paying full price for a half price appetizer. (I could have had the salad) for almost the same price! He basically accused me of NOT wanting to pay my bill. One of my friends went over to the manager and said he was wrong and to just correct the bill. He refused, I went back to him and said, charge me the correct price and accept my credit card, the server has been taken care of and I will take this up with your corporate office. He told me he was surprised that I was questioning the bill, as I was a very nice lady! I have gone to this restaurant all through Covid, booked luncheons for my church group during Covid (25 ladies) sat outside in the heat, on the patio, was told we could not have several items the ladies were requesting as your supplies were not arriving as ordered. This I understood and explained to my church ladies things would get better, and this was not BJs fault! I stuck up for your company when you were desperately trying to do your best to stay open. Your manager at that time was very stressed, but extremely kind and apologetic. Your Manager Dave or David was totally obnoxious and disrespectful!! I have NEVER been in any restaurant and heard a manager speak to people the way I was spoken to tonight. I am very respectful and upset that I was spoken to the way I was! If you would like to send me what you believe I owe, I will be more than happy to pay it. I am a retired Customer Care Manager for Lennar Homes. I would have been fired had I spoken to a homeowner the way David spoke to me. I am NOT suggesting you fire him, but he certainly could use a course from Dale Carnegie. Thank you for listening to me. Food quality was too bad

We ordered a steak ,it came with a round end full of fat ,it 's clear was the last piece the have, also salad we ordered was realy old, i decided to complain after we leave to don't make any troubles for my family during Father's day family dinner, unfortunately, it was realy too bad

Had an unpleasant experience with our dinner

I was disappointed in the food! Most everyones seemed to be luke warm. For the price you pay should taste fresh and hot. Didnt get my salad until after my meal came. Had asked for dressing on the side. Came with it on and was almost like it may of been under a heat lamp the dressing was not good and there were pieces of salad that were bad. I let the server know and didnt take off the bill. Over all we came for a special occasion and next time we would not choose BJs

Complain

Tavern pizza isnt coming out to half off. Paid full price AGAIN!! Not cool! BJs is my go to place. I like the halfoff deal, too bad I cant use it for what I want. My favorite thing in your restaurants is the Margherita fresca tavern cut pizza. Its just really hard to order them.

Ruined shoes

My waitress Alexus brought over our tables drinks and she spilled the drinks all over our table and my shoes! She did apologize but didnt offer to bring me anything to wipe the tea off of my shoes. I came there to celebrate my birthday and my entire mood was ruined. I had on a pair of gray/suede Jordans which were very expensive! I feel as though I need to be compensated in some kind of way. My shoes are ruined!
