Re-activate QR Codes and my account Immediately
re: Bitly Support Ticket #180**** / Luiz (QRCG Support) My account was erroneously de-activated. I need the QR codes re-activated ASAP. I was told that a $120 annual fee charge was "disputed". I did not dispute the charge. I was also told that to re-instate the account, I would have to pay an additional $15 fee! Why? I did not dispute the charge! I will re-instate the account with a different card. Please advise. Under the circumstances, I will re-instate the account on a month-to-month basis and we'll see how it goes. I am not impressed with the lack of communication. I am in Lakewood, CO. Do I need to make a personal visit with the corporate office on Blake Street in Denver to get a response? Billing
I no longer have an account, and was billed $348 renewal. According to their "terms" there are no refunds, etc. If I have to eat this, I guess I will, but how do I stop it from happening next year when I can't reach them? I apparently have a paid account, which you must have to email them, but I have no account that I can access that I paid for.

Fraudulent Account
Good afternoon, A fraudulent account has been created in my husband's name, Tommy Birdsong. The account is listed as "smisteve001@***.com." This is not our account! Please refund our money!

We have not been able to upgrade our Bitly QR account
We generated a QR code for our non-profit company. We needed to extend our QR code for our fund-raising efforts before our QR expired. We were unable to upgrade our subscription so our QR code wouldn't expire. Our company is now out of the $1000.00 printing bill that has the QR code printed on it.

False charges
I have attempted to cancel the subscription to the QR code generator of this website at least three times and there has been no change made to my account. After being charged for ANOTHER annual subscription (after being mistakenly charged for an annual membership instead of a monthly one in the first place), Bit.ly has almost $400 of my un-refunded money for a service that I have used twice. If you feel the need to use bit.ly, instead, I recommend investing hundreds of dollars into high-risk index funds instead. At least that way you'll have some fun.
