Injury

This injury occurred while i was a bite squad delivery driver. I was delivering an order and walking to the customers driveway I slipped on ice and broke my back. I want to report this.

My order did not arrive and was expensive

I ordered online- the food never arrived. It was $20 more delivery fees than ordering through the direct site. Never use bite squad.

I have been hung up on twice by customer service. I have been waiting for 3 hours for my food. I want an explanation and a refund.

Need my food

There was no driver for a hour and a half . Called the store said I want it fresh once a driver has showed and still sent me the same cold meatball sub. Driver practices need to be more updated and refined . I shouldn't have had to wait that long . I will be using Uber eats a little.ore till you can improve your service a little better than what it is

2 orders cancelled tonight need refund

Both orders placed that restaurant said they never got the order. I ordered one time from spice diner, and then one time from long John silver . Neither of the orders went through. I need a refund please.

Incompetent website and *** customer service

Order delivered to wrong address got a credit happened again so I am still out $58 and its a credit forcing me to use bite squad again or lose all my money

My ordered has a $12 plus fee??? What is this fee for??? I tipped and paid hefty price for a pizza, delivery fee, and a tip then you want to charge me an extra fee with no explanation as to what this fee is for???

I couldn’t track my order

Every time I clicked track order the message I received was that I did not have access. It was my account. I was very unhappy with the live chat agent. Lawrenze Z was not very helpful.

Multiple messed up orders for food delivery

The order and delivery instructions were very clear, yet my order was still messed up and the restaurant itself cannot resolve the issue because of the contract with bite squad. Drivers and restaurants working with delivery services need to have better communication.
