Never received the tracking number for my order

Order inquiry

I ordered five pink candy Starburst balloon weights and five neon turquoise balloon weights total cost of 17.85 which was charged to my card and I never got a confirmation number or an email I just got as sorry there was an error we will address it I have no information whether my order was processed or not but they did charge my card

Missing item and the one i received is damaged

Received 1 item out of 2 damaged. Second one shows shipped together but its not in the box. Unable to reach them via phone. No response to email.

Missing items from my order

Missing 15 boxes of lollipops from my order!!! Only half of my 30 boxes came. Sent 3 emails to ask for the rest of my order no one contacted me back!!! I WANT MY PRODUCT OF MY $$$

Undelivered package

good morning, I wrote here because I have not received a response from express birthday, I placed my order on 9/21/2022 and they sent it but the postal mail returned the package again to the express birthday facilities, I have tried to communicate in different ways and I received no answers of any kind, my son's birthday was yesterday and I had to make one more expense for the decoration, I never received my merchandise or my money back, I no longer know what to do with these people who are impossible to communicate With them I really feel cheated that I treat their buyers badly

Items missing

Didnt receive all my items for my daughters paw patrol party. How old are paw patrol stickers of 20 only receive 16 and Ive been emailing for two days So I had to purchase another 4 stickers that I already paid for

Poor Customer Service

I had items missing from my order. I emailed, messaged, tried to call, and even posted on their Facebook page to resolve this issue. I have not received a resolution. The phone number I was directed to call was disconnected. The email address I was instructed to use received no feedback, even though they claim that they have a 24/7 customer care team and they would respond in less than 24 hours. This has been going on for almost 2 weeks. I will not order from them again and will tell everyone about my experience to deter them from ordering from Birthday Express.

Didn't receive my items

We ordered several items but not all were delivered. We are missing all the party invites. I tried calling and phone rings once and hangs up. I also emailed 2 different emails to contact to have them ship what we paid for and NO RESPONSE! Super frustrating

Received the wrong item

Was supposed to receive monster jam wall stickers and received a Kitty cat and a farm There is no way of getting in contact with them when you call them and when I email them they do not respond back
