Got ripped off against my okay
I ordered my niece a birthday book weeks before her birthday, AND SHE NEVER RECEIVED IT, even know the company said it was delivered!!! AGAIN, IT WAS NEVER DELIVERED!! I ASKED FOR A REFUND IN A CHECK OR MONEY ORDER, AND THE REASON FOR THAT WAS BECAUSE I COULDN'T FIND THE DEBIT CARD THAT I RECEIVED AS A GIFT ON VALENTINE'S DAY THE SPECIFIC ONE THAT I USED TO PURCHASE MY NIECE'S BIRTHDAY PRESENT! I DID NOT WANT ANOTHER BOOK I DID NOT WANT ANY MORE CANDLES I DID NOT WANT ANY OF THAT I WANTED A REFUND THEY REFUSED, AND THEY DIDN'T JUST REFUSE ONCE IT WAS PROBABLY OVER FIVE TIMES! SO I HAVE NOW FOUND THE CARD FORTUNATE FOR ME RIGHT, WRONG! THEY STILL WON'T REFUND ME MY MONEY!! I'm having trouble ordering a birthdate book on line!! It's for my niece's birthday in March BUT since you guys are offering twenty percent off for Valentine's Day I wanted to order it now. When I purchased my book, At the end, the website sent me back to review my info and end up billing me for two books. Their representative lied to me to save faith in his company. I have e-mails of what the company lie was about. Product is good except for weasel support staff. In some cases, Birthdate.co is not being honest with their customers. Every time I try to say something about the company, it will not go through. It’s not a good company to order things through.
I had ordered three candles. They were not getting here in time so I tried to contact them that was a problem in itself and then when I did get the three candles, two of them were the same month one of them was supposed to be January I had to Februarys try to contact them, but was unable to the ignored me. Im pretty sure theres probably will not go through because nothing else I have said about this company has gone through.

Ordered a pendant onNovember 17 said delivery
2-3 weeks it is now December 12 and my order still hasnt shipped. I have emailed a few times and all I get back from Simon who ever that is sorry for the delay you will receive your order soon. This is unacceptable there is no phone number to call and speak to anyone live. I would like a call back asap on when my order is being shipped with a tracking number this was a gift and now is very late. I would never order from your company again.

I ordered 4 candles. These candles are overpriced and basic. Only 1 of the 4 had a pamphlet showing how to get the best from your candle. The astrological info for Virgo isn't at all me. Save your money and time. These candles ate not worth it.

Never Received my Mom's birthdate book
I never was able to speak to a real person/representative when I called about my moms package. I had to speak with a robot/operator & nothing got done. I still need to speak to a real person. When I asked the operator to speak with a real person it never allowed me to.
