Complaint

The last 2 packages of Voila I purchased from Safeway, on two seperate occasions, have been unsealed, something i did not realize until i removed them from my freezer at home. In both cases, i threw them out, not knowing if they had been contaminated. Why is this happening?

Purchased 3lb bag Asian style stir-fry, there were no baby corn and only 2sugar snap peas!

Im not pissed!! Im just wanting to let you know that there is a shortage of some of the vegetables! I really love your Birdseye Products and will continue purchasing them. I dont want anybody else having the same issues I had. Again, Thank you for a quick response and listening to me.

Just saw something in your product.

I bought a family size bag of your albedo chicken and literally 12 noodles in it, also maybe a cup and half total of stuff for whole bag. I spent 8.79 on this expected more food not ten noodles and 8 pieces of chicken

Found plastic in my food

I was just eating my food, and then I started seeing melted plastic in the rice and peppers. I had gotten the fajita mix. And this was the second time I had found plastic in my food. I know I didn't put any in there because I took the plastic sauce packets out and dumped the sauce in the pan like I'm supposed to. I do have pictures of the plastic pieces if you need to see them.

About Ingridents missing from frozen packaging as agvertized

Recently my wife bouht Birds Eye with grilled Garlic Chicken with white meat and pasta in a garlic sauce. with brocolli carrots and corn. The problem is there No garlic sauce in the package, needless to say not so tasty . It looks lije my wife wasted her money on something she thought was part of the ingridents as advertize on the bag itself. . Looks to me like false advertisement . We usually buy Birds Eye frozen products. We are very disappointed . We just bringing your attention to this Product we bought at Sams Club Thank You For Your Time. Ray

Dissatisfied with this Junk Product

Having been raised on Birds Eye frozen vegetables in the 50s-60s, I tried two frozen combination dinner items that included chicken in the veggie mix. These purchases were made six months apart from two separate major retailers. In both cases the chicken was moldy and spoiled. Complaining to the corporate consumer office only amounted to their request that I provide the bags and UPC info six months after the fact. When I could not they ignored future correspondence. This is bad food. Corporate crap.

I bought Birds Eye Power Blend Quiona & Spinach

I thought it was a good idea. Reasonably priced, loans ts of fiber. Easy to microwave. There's too much added sugar. It tastes terrible. Imagine cooking quinoa , spinach, some beans and carrots and then dumping 2 -3 tablespoons of sugar in it. That's what it tasted it like. They should soy sauce or something else.

Not a good mix of vegetables

Bought a big bag of Asian vegetable which should include mushrooms, baby snow peas, baby corn, red pepper ...the full bag was carrots and broccoli.. maybe one corn one pepper and one mushroom..was looking forward to having a good meal.. disappointed

It's not what it appears to be

I'm paying full price for a bag of Baby Sweet Peas but half of the peas are now large peas and they taste terrible. If I wanted large peas I would buy them. This manufacturer doesn't think much of it's customers to pull this trick on them.

Checking to see if product is still good

The bag is enlarged and I am not sure if it has been frozen & then unfrozen, would the bag being blown up tell me anything ?? Thanks

Birds Eye Whole Green Beans weren't whole; they were pieces!

I actually love Birds Eye frozen vegetables; they are always my choice in the grocery store. However, I recently bought a 10.8 oz. bag of Steamfresh Whole Green Beans at Walmart for $1.97 and cooked them for dinner tonight. I was surprised to see "cuts" of green beans on my plate rather than "whole" green beans. It's not a big deal except that the whole beans cost more than the cut beans. You probably are already aware of this snafu, but just in case, here are identifying numbers that appear on the bag: UPC 0 145** ***** *. Codes that appear elsewhere on the package: 624621**** 08 1 1 and 1011****. These numbers are also included as a picture below.
