The book I received is damaged

I rated everything low on this survey bcz upon receipt of unsolicited book, the binder was badly damaged. Called on 8/3/23 to report this & wanted to rtn book w/o replacement. Your rep said not to return it & said i wouldnt be billed. But 2 wks later was billed over $18.49 + another $9.98 for the book.

I've been a customer for years and I always called in my payment or mailed it. This time it was automatically deducted from my checking without authorization. My money was refunded when I called

Loved the magazine. I don't like charges taken out for renewal without authorization. I always call in my payment or mail it in. The subscription didn't even run out yet. They did refund my money but I canceled magazine. I'm 75 years old and I didn't like how this was done.

Charged new debit card without updated expiration date and 3 digit code. Refunded and renewal canceled.

She cancelled my subscription and refunded my money. I guess it was from my reminiscent subscription. But they never asked my permission to send it.

Never subscribed and now it auto extends

I never subscribed to begin with. I showed up on my credit card. Went to online managed my subscription Walked thru four screens CAREFULLY to Cancel my Subscription In VERY SMALL PRINT they say on the second page that they are extending the subscription! 1-80*-***-**** the same time in large print it says I Had A Service Related problem Definitely AN INTENDED DECEPTION on their part for anyone attempting to cancel the subscription! Last screen then said THANK YOU FOR EXTENDING in small print. Hard to believe this extend rather than cancel was an accident. I took screen shots of every step to verify. They need to be shut down,

Overcharged

On my visa account I was charged 4 times for the magazine. One has cleared ($10.70) on June 29th and there are 3 pending still on my bank Visa card each in the amount of $10.00. When I called your company to inquire they said I had only been charged for 1 subscription. I would like the other three charges of $10.00 removed off my credit card. Thank you!

Upset getting early billing; called them out

Didn't like to be bothered with getting a bill now(6-27-23) when expiration date isn't until April/May 2026; a little too early don't you think! Maybe a couple months early is early enough! Magazine shows Expiration is APRIL/MAY 2026 !!!

Problem with subscription

I sent in card for 2 years at 12.99 a year, yesterday 21.98 was taken out of my bank, so I called, was told they hadn't received it, so I asked what we could do, I was not happy with his answer. I will call back in a week or two, would like to hear from someone, Thank You.

Constantly sending subscription ending

I paid for 2 years Feb 2022. I've emailed several times. Finally they told me they have no record of my payment & I needed to send them a copy of both sides of my cancelled check. Sent it & they acknowledged my last issue will be Jan 2024. Today I got another "Subscription see expiring with this issue"!!!

Stop sending books not ordered

Every year this magazine pulls the same ole tricks, sending books to my home that are not wanted and not ordered. Yes I was a pissed off customer and I had every right to be, I was not mean to the worker , just brutally honest. Do not send things to me that are not ordered and unwanted.. Really year after year you should have learned by now , I am not interested in your goofy tricks...
