They never shipped my product that I paid for.

Pd on the 5th, they say that they shipped product on the 16th. Never received anything. Still waiting and today is the 20th. Service people are rude and don't seem to try to help you. Address change confirmation - no package received

To whom it may concern, I am not exactly pissed off but disappointed that I had received a letter from addresschange@***.com, dated November 6, of which directed me to confirm my current mailing address. Once confirmed, I was told that I would receive the items that I had selected. This reconfirms my previous confirmation of mailing address. I am sending this letter because I did confirm my mailing address previously and never received the package that I was told to expect, soon after you received my confirmation. I did not get my money back. free samples only

I am not happy. They took money out of my checking account without my permission. I want a complete refund on men's and womens. I sent the womens back last week and the mans i sent back about two weeks ago. It does not work. I did not give them permission to take money out. I want my money back all of it. How long will I have to wait to get my money back. I really need it. I have bills to pay. I don't want to be overdrawn at the bank. I want my money credited my account asap thanks

Extenze--erectile dysfunction product--lied re promised refund

I ordered a 7-pill trial of Extenze, male enhancement pills, late in December, 2009. Took first one January 9, 2010. One per day, as directed. On Wednesday Jan 13, I had a fainting episode while shopping. Went to doctor, who told me to stop the pills immediately, which I did. I then called the seller, Biotab Neutriceuticals, 401 E Huntington Dr, Monrovia, CA 91016, and told them what happened. Despite this, they sent out a one-month supply and charged my credit card $50.95. I immediately sent this back, phoned and demanded a refund, which they promised. Unbelievably, they sent ANOTHER month's supply, which I did not open, but sent back to sender. Phoned again; they promised TWO refunds. They claimed one was issued February 3, but I have not received it. I phoned again, they promised both refunds again. Here it is March 13 and I have received NOTHING. They claim Extenze is "the #1 selling male enhancement tablet." It not only didn't work as promised, it made me ill. Rip-off!!

BioTab What a Rip Off

I ordered some BioTab Ezen it is supposed to make a man bigger and last longer; and it does nothing it said it would do. I called and canceled yet they are still charging my account $50.00 I called them back and told them I had stopped theses orders I gave them my cancelation # and I was told that was not a correct # I just checked my bank account and saw where I was charged yet another $50.00 for something I don't have don't want and I canceled 2 months ago.What a Ripp-Off.I

Alteril pills from biotab is a scam

the pills do not work, the company do not honor refunds, they have an invalid webb page, they do not answer the phone, they charged my credit card without my permission.the company is" biotab nutriceuticals inc" the addrss is "401 e. huntington dr.,monrovia,ca91016".I ordered the "one week of alteril sleep aid (free supply) and they sent to to me also one month supply and charged me $36.00 without my consent.I asked for a refund and they directed me to the webb sit" service@***.com" which webbsite has no provision for requestin any refund

They keep sending me the product and i have repeatedly told them to cancel.

i don't know how to stop them from taking money from my bank account. i cancelled my order 3 months ago. the product is extendze and i don't want anymore. the company refuses to stop shipment, and continues billing my account. the company name is biotab nuticeuticals. ,401 e huntington dr Monrovia, ca 91018 my name is clifford creighton, 775 e baseline st., san bernardino, ca. 92410, my email is creighton50@***.com. please tell me how to stop this from happening. Refusing to refund money for a returned product

I am a pissed off cutomer of biotab. I returned the product unopened for a return and the company is denying recieving the product and is refusing to refund my money. I asked for a supervisor or an address to send a formal complaint and was told there isn't one. That is ***. They are running a good scam don't get sucked in like I did. If you happen to go thrugh the same issue and was able to prevail please by all means let me and others who are experiencing the same problem know how. So we can get the money that is rightfully owed to us returned.

Similar complaiant about Biotab Nutriceuticals

The only way 2 stop them from receiving payment is 2 cancel your credit charge or change your debit card information as I am about 2 do. Dam Biotab and its product :-( When u try 2 contact costumer service all u receive is a automated service and 4 some reason it is all of the time @ least 4 me. The product it self 4 me has not brought on much of a change. I feel has most of u feel that the product is not worth the $$$. So far I have received 2 packets and I am still waiting for results. I should have figured when u c it on late night TV it is not worth a dam thing. :--(

NOT ENOUGH INFORMATION AND POOR COMMUITCATION COUSTOMERS.

i got this product from biotab and they said your first sample was .97 cents.didn't tell you the price afterwards.but, you also got these movies from them,well i cancelled my order and i thought that took care of both items.well it didn't,and then the company charged my debit card for the amount, that i thought everything was taken care of,until i got a statement from my bank with a 30.00 dollar over draft fee.and, then they took an additional 3.49 then it put me again in over drafted.i called them and they said that my overdraft fees wasn't their problem and left it at that.so, now i have to get that taken out of my check before i get to pay my own bills.this company doesn't care about nobody except for themselves.

Scrwed me.

This company is a scam,and should be shut down! They send you a sample,and immediately debit your account after giving you false information over the phone! They also call you, and tell you that they have a new,and improved product and for the same .97 cents they will send it out to you.When you call in they talk to you like a dog,call you ***,and won't let you speak to anyone else which is probably okay because they all are doing the same thing.I am going to notify the Attorney General's office today!!

Got charged $49.00 witout my permission

biotab took out $49.71 out of my bank account and i didn't even know about it i tried calling and no answer. i hope other people doesn't do this. i had to cnace my bank account. i will never recommend this company. please watch out. then another company keeps calling me and offering free coupons at no charge for gas and other useless products. i'm on a fixed income and i am a single person with only 1 income and i can't afford this trouble. so please people watch out with this company thank you

Biotab nutriceuticals charge me and didnt send pills

i ordered extense male sexual inhancement. i got a sample pack and only 2 days later i was billed more than i was told and almost a month early. they say they sent the pills out june 1st and they did not come. i requested to refund my account and they refuse to. they said after i recieve the pills but its been 3 weeks. i was to pay 97 cents for sample then 30 days later we were to be billed $ 32.00 and they billed immediatelly and $51.95. Withdrew money after account was cancelled.

My boyfriend ordered the free trial in January, it took over three weeks to get our first shipment. WE paid for this shipment twice during that time. He called about the payment and if we could get a refund since the product never arrived, they said that we would have to send back the unopened box. I told my boyfriend to cancel then but he liked the product and wanted to give them another chance. It happened again, no package but our account was charged. So we had the package shipped to a friends house. By this point I was so fed up with paying for something we were not receiving I had him cancel our order sometime in the last week of March. So we were charged 49.14 on April 14 (no shipment was received), and again on May 7 (no shipment received, again) and this caused our account to be overdrawn.
