BingoHall, the best place to play

I'm amazed about how much people are complaining about BingoHall! Guys, this site is more than okay when it comes to fulfilling its promises. Slots games have a great RTP, the bingo rooms are a fun place to be in, CM-s always nice and cheery. Of course that people who aren't winning are always complaining! Of course that people who get banned, maybe they are banned for a solid reason. I make regular deposits and I regularly win, depends on how much time I spend playing. To be able to cash out I sent them all the documents they asked and I did get my money. These are the reasons I always come back to BingoHall. They treat me good, I follow their rules and I have no problems, on the contrary. It's a good bingo site, as long as you treat it right! Enjoy!

BingoHall - NOT scam

I signed up to BingoHall with this offer: $50 Free Special Sign-up Bonus, up to 2015% bonus on first 3 deposits (500% for 1st deposit, 700% for 2nd deposit, 815% for 3rd deposit). My account was credited right away and I began playing. The website looks amazing, they have plenty of games you can choose from. I'm amazed how many people are complaining about this GAMING WEBSITE, when they don't even bother to read the terms and conditions! To be able to withdraw, you must meet their requirement, but which website doesn't ask for such thing? You think you can get a FREE bonus and cash it out right away? I've seen plenty of people who complain that they can't cash out a free BONUS. Really??? Enjoy playing, follow the rules and YOU WILL BE ABLE TO WITHDRAW! Enjoy and good luck to all of you!

NOT A SCAM

Personally I am sick of hearing people say bingohall (and all sister sites) are a scam! However it is your loss if you cannot be bothered to read and follow the terms and conditions! I have won and received a brand new car, 2X Ipads, a $2000 cruise voucher and have withdrawn cash thousands of times in the 4 years i have been a player here. Yes you have to provide certain documents to be verified for any withdrawals and yes you have to wager a certain amount before cashouts.. but hello?! ALL sites require this so QUIT complaining about it and if you want to cash out simply follow all the rules! RANT OVER

Bingohall is NOT a scam and here is proof

I have played here for quite some time. I have never had a problem with payouts being payed. They are debited to my bank account within a day or two after they are approved. You can see that one was denied. It was because I had used 2 prepaid credit cards and they didn't have the paperwork for them. I filled out the paperwork, scanned it and emailed it to the correct address. Then I went to live help and spoke with a lady and gave her the email ticket number. She approved my documents and my payout was approved 2 days later (because of my level I can get them 3 times a week). The amount is different because I had been playing on the daily bonus and had won even more and since I had to redo the payout request I added my additional winnings to the payout. Don't forget to redo the payout request if it gets denied. I agree that the wager requirements can be hard to meet. Once you get them though the site will pay you if you follow the rules. Yes, they require personal information. They have my bank account number so that they can pay me. They have my personal information. Never once has my bank account been stolen because of Bingohall. It was hijacked after I bought pet medicine in Canada and someone spent $2000 on shoes in the united kingdom. My bank immediately gave me the money back and filed a complaint. They confirmed the the account was used by someone other than me. You take a risk every time you put your information on line. I always use prepaid credit cards now when I buy things online. It is just safer. I agree with the reviews that say they are annoyed with all of the people coming in and complaining about the site. It is an honest and legitimate site and quite honestly one of the best bingo sites online. There are big jackpots and the slots pay well. You have to make a deposit every 10 days if you want a payout. You have to meet the wager requirements and you have to fill out the documents. Live help is there to help you and if you have followed all the rules, you WILL get paid. I get annoyed being called a house player. There are no house players here. There are a lot of people that play a lot of cards and win a lot. They also deposit a lot. Some people are luckier than others. It is life. I have attached proof that the site pays. I have blocked out my personal information. The payout of $2000 from today hasn't reached my bank account yet. The reason the amounts are slightly smaller is because they charge $10 for payouts under $1000 and $20 for payouts over $1000. They use a payment processor so the payouts come from different companies each time. I guess it depends on which processor they are using that day. It really doesn't matter because they are NOT a scam and they DO pay when you follow the rules.

It Is What It Is...Gambling

I have been on the site Originally named VicsBingo.ag. Now that site was fun !! The winnings weren't gigantic like now, but at least you got paid. The play through used to be 3x your deposit. eg.. 100.00 deposit,,,300.00 play through...simple. Then they joined Bingohall and it progressed to 3x play through on your deposit and deposit bonus. At one point I cashed out 8 weeks in a row, and now to find out that they changed my play through to 5x !!! Now you not only have to play through your deposit, and your bonus, but you have to play through your earned chat bbs also !!!! Now it's a stretch to cash out. A 50.00 deposit could have a $2,500.00 play through now !!!! Amazing. Then my name TinHalo disappeared and RedKarma2 came out of the blue to be told we'll fix it. That was over 3 months ago and it's still not fixed. Customer support is non existent anymore. they've bitten off more than they can chew as far as older players go. They will catch a lot of new fish everyday I'm sure, but the smart ones have left or are leaving.

The Good, The Bad, The Ugly from a real live US player.

I have been with this site for over 10 years. It has changed owners a few times in those years. Over all it is not a bad site. It is gambling and it is not like going to your local bingo hall or casino. Internet gambling is illegal in the United States. If it is illegal I hate to say it but you can complain all you want but the gaming commission has no authority. Anytime you gamble online you are doing so at your own risk. If companies are not legit then they are not going to keep their depositing players. That being said, they can pretty much make up an wagering requirements they want as long as they get people to keep making deposits, they stay in business. You can withdraw money. Are the wager requirements excessive? Personally, I say absolutely. Would the company stay in business if every time someone won on free money was able to withdraw? Nope, they probably wouldn't. I can't prove it but I am pretty sure that it is set up to let these people win to get them to come back. This is a business. Someone owns these sites and hey folks, it is free enterprise. If they can get you to deposit and then ask you to wager so many times that deposit before you can withdraw, that is their choice. If you don't like it, then don't deposit. When you first sign up you need to send in your documents. Is this a pain in the butt? Yes, but believe me it saves a lot of stress and inconvenience when you win. Every time you use a new credit card, fill out the voucher. Even if you have no intention of ever cashing out. When you win a large pot and are eligible to cash out you will be happy you did. When you win money and you are lucky enough to make the wager requirements, you are going to want to cash out. If you have not done these documents on file, it is going to delay the process. That is not the only thing that will delay the process. They ARE going to do a random security check on you. They will do this like clockwork every 6 months. This will take about 7 to 10 days and you have to request a new withdrawal but it will get done. As long as you are who you say you are, you will get your payout. Here lies the problem with this. When you are denied for a random security check, immediately request that payout again. If you do not request it again, they will not process it. If you do not request it again, you will be tempted to play on that money that was returned. If you really want the payout, then find something else to do for those 7 to 10 days. Be creative, clean your house, bathe your kids, spend time with your husband, get a job or do what I do, start a blog. It is a complete waste of time and energy to go to every pissedcustomer website and post the atrocities that have happened to you. They don't care. They don't have to care, they own the business and they have a right to do what they want. This business is not in the United States and our government has no control over what businesses are and are not allowed to do in other countries. Why are the CM's not allowing you to talk about deposits and payouts in chat? Because this is their job!! They have a right to make money. People come in ALL OF THE TIME, and whine and complain that they won money with their free $25 and now they can't cash out. If people start talking about this, the CM's get in trouble. It is their job to keep chat safe and YES, to keep people from potentially convincing others that the place is a scam. For those of us that deposit and play regularly, we see this multiple times a day. It is so annoying but there is a mute button. When people come in the room and say 'Is this real', do we win real money?'. What do you think would happen if the CM said, well not unless you make a deposit? People would not try out the site and there would never be any new players. Let me stress this again, this is their job! Let me also stress that if a player violates chat rules they lose their loyalty stars. They are only loyalty stars right? Well, considering that I only make the wagering requirements about 5 or 6 times a year, I do not want to lose my loyalty stars. If you have stars you can get a gift from the bingoshop once or twice a year, depending on your level. Listen, I get it. I want to help you. I want to tell new players 'yes it is real money but you wont be able to cashout one red cent unless you have made a deposit and you have made one in the past 10 days'. Sorry, I am not risking losing the most expensive Bissell Big Green Machine, I have ever owned. The site does give out amazing loyalty prizes. Believe it or not there are people that have earned enough stars to cash out cars as prizes. I am pretty sure that the people that have earned enough stars to get a car as a prize, probably can afford a better car than the cheap Ford they offer but hey, to each his own. House players -- There is nothing more annoying that reading about these supposed 'house' players. There are house players but not in the sense that all of you think. House players are playing on FREE money. When they win, they can't cash out. The money goes back to the house. All of you people that are playing on the $25 bonus and talking about 'house' players? You are talking about yourselves. Nothing makes me more angry than to see someone that has not deposited win pots that depositing players could have won. Really the depositing players should be the ones complaining to management about house players. We deposit money and some of us deposit a lot. We are how the managers get paid. First off, it sucks. Second, if people didn't get the free bonus to TRY the site. They probably wouldn't deposit. Those of us that deposit would be playing against each other with no hope of ever getting new players. Congratulations, you just won a pot of $9.95 because there are only 10 of you playing. I won the $10,000 prize in the millionaire party 3 weeks in a row. I had to keep playing to reach my wagering requirements. Yes, I won A LOT in those 3 weeks. Guess what? By the time I reached the wagering requirements, I was able to cash out $250. I knew of these wagering requirements before I even played the game. It was my choice to deposit and my choice to play. Did I win over and over again in those 7 days? Yes, I did but not because I am a house player. It was because I was pre-buying every single game for 7 days straight and at max cards so that I could reach that wager requirement. We get a lot of complaining from people new and old when we win. It is frustrating to see the same people winning over and over again and I get it. Believe it or not, I actually feel guilty when I have won a large pot and then win over an over again while I am making those wager requirements. Don't get me wrong, I don't feel too guilty, I mean after all, if I don't keep winning I will not have anything left to cash out. A few weeks ago a long time player won $50,000 at the millionaire party. There were so many people whining and complaining how much she was winning the following week. If she wanted to cash any of that money out, she had to play an enormous amount of that $50,000. To all the people that say 'file a report', do this do that. Remember that in the United States online gambling is illegal. In most of these states it is even illegal for YOU to participate in online gambling. Will you get prosecuted? Probably not. They do prosecute financial institutions that allow funds to go to these illegal gaming sites. This is why when you make a deposit it shows up as 'arcade', 'adult books', 'joe's barber' and any other various made up name you can think of. These payments are being processed by a 3rd processor somewhere overseas. This is money laundering at its finest. My best advice to you, is DO NOT make a report unless you are ready to deal with the consequences. Believe me, I am sure that if the site is allowing US players that it is already being investigated. It just hasn't been caught yet. This is also why when you do get a paper check that they tell you to put it in the night deposit. They do not want to take the risk of you going to the bank counter and telling the teller 'hey, look what I won at online bingo'. Your check is going to get seized and the authorities are going to get called and then the site is going to have to find another way to pay you or lose you as a customer. It is not worth the headache. It happened to me when I won a progressive here under previous ownership. While the US government has no authority to shut down a business that is not in the US, they can seize the domain name and guess what?? Bingohall just lost all of their US players. This causes huge amounts of losses to the owners of the site. It also takes jobs away from their CM's. They are going to do WHATEVER they can to protect their investments. Taxes-- If you are in the US and you win a big pot. Quite often people will ask how they pay the taxes. The only logical answer?? Unless you are not a sinner and believe you will go to *** for not paying your due share then don't bother. Jesus will forgive you, repent but wait until the tax season is over. If the site is going through enormous amounts of effort to keep your financial institutions from knowing where your money is going, they are not going to send the IRS a W2G. Not only that but I know for certain they don't have my social security number on file. They may have my address, a billing statement and a copy of my drivers license but they DO NOT even ask for your social security number and if they did, I wouldn't be playing here. This is also part of the reason that they only pay out a certain amount at at time. Before new management when you won a progressive etc. they would not send you more than a few thousand dollars at a time. The reason being that if you are depositing over a certain amount in a US bank, the bank has to report that. Why are there so many 'sister' sites. Does it really matter? So people signed up under a different domain name. You are all going to the same place. Whatever entertainment company bought the sites, they now own them all. Believe it or not, this is actually good for you. If they own 20 different domain names that just means people are entering the room by using a different address. If each of these sites were 'separate' we go back to that, congratulations you just won $9.95 because there are only 10 people playing. Do you have more chances to win? Yes, but you are never going to win enough to cash out anyway. So in truth here the fat and skinny, is Bingohall (and all the other various domain names) a SCAM? No, it is not. Could there be some things made a little easier? Yes, there could. I have gotten angry having to wait 6 hours to get help from live chat. I have gotten angry for CM's mouthing off, I have gotten angry about all of the same things all of you have. Just because I am angry does not mean that the site is a scam. It also does not mean that I have any right to file a complaint about an online gambling site that I am not supposed to be playing at anyway, because I live in the US. Folks, do your research. Ignorance of the law is not an excuse. You can file complaints all you want. If you feel it is unfair then ask them to shut down your account. STOP going there. STOP trying to cash out money on your free $25 because you are not going to be able to. STOP overwhelming live help with your ridiculous questions and just follow the rules. Stop posting reviews stating that you have contacted an attorney and you have a lawsuit against them. YOU DO NOT HAVE A LAWSUIT AGAINST THEM. If you spent enough money, I am sure there is legal recourse and ways to get your money back. This is not going to involve anything to do with this site. You could probably file some sort of charges against your bank for allowing these funds to be processed, but most banks have a clause that you sign that states you will not spend money on internet gambling. You are not going to be well liked by your financial institution and let me tell you something, your financial institution has a lot more money than you do to fight these things. I am pretty sure there isn't a lawyer in the world that is going to go through all of this hassle to get the $7 you deposited back. I mean seriously, who deposits $7? It is internet gambling. You aren't going to win every time in fact, you may never win. The site could be as crooked as a dogs hind leg, but you made the choice to risk it. If you don't like the rules, don't play. If you from another country, I can't help you. I was going to sign my name to this but in all fairness. I have earned my 200,000 stars and frankly, I would like to keep them. I am not rich and I am a responsible gambler. Whether it is online or buying scratch offs. If my children need food, I will feed them. If my animals need vet care, I will not try to win it on gambling. I will be the responsible adult my parents raised me to be and if I have a ridiculous complaint, I may be angry but I will suck it up. Life goes on. I will answer any questions you have in the comments provided they do not say 'you are such a liar, you work for the site'. I promise you, that I do not. Quite frankly I have wasted enough time reading through these reviews and writing this blog post. I am going to take the $250 I received in my bank account today from my $30,000 wins in the Millionaire Party and I am going to have a nice lunch on Bingohall. We can't mention our real names in chat but for those of you with Facebook, follow Bingohall. You will quite often see the real names of your online friends. It is a fabulous way to keep in touch with the people that you actually want to know. (Meet the author- XXXXXXXXXXXXX is a former business owner that chose to be a stay at home mom. She has a witty but sometimes dry sense of humor and is often misunderstood. She has a wicked coffee addiction and if you are anxiously awaiting her almost daily blogs the best time to find them is about 3 am. She quite often prefers animals to people because, well, people suck. Even though she doesn't like people, she is still very pleased to meet you.)

The TRUTH about how BingoHall (and it's related sites). Must read!

First off, I am a regular here so believe me when I say I know what I am talking about. Been here 10 years. This post was designed for you to hear the hard truths about it and it's not all pretty. BH has multiple sister sites (Bingo for Money, Bingo Canada, Vics Bingo, SouthBeach Bingo and others I can't think of right now). No matter which of these sites you use, you will be playing at the master site for all of them so there are a ton of players. Now, new users, this is for you- You will get a free $25 chip to play, however, if you do win (and you most likely will because they set it up that way), you cannot withdraw any winnings. When you go to Live Help, they will tell you that in order to cash anything out, you have to make a deposit. However, they don't always tell you that as soon as you make a deposit, you lose any winnings you have from the free chip! So either way, you are screwed. My suggestion, don't even bother getting the free chip. Any free money you get has wagering requirements attached to it (I really don't want to have to go into every detail which is why you need to read the Terms and Conditions and understand them. Otherwise, you will be pissed later) but I will give you an example just so you understand. So, let's say you deposit $100 and with the $100, they give you a $500 bonus. You think "yippee, free money!" Well, there is a reason they do that. Most people have what they call 3x wagering requirements on their account. This means that on the now $600 that you have, you have to wager 3x that amount to meet your requirements to withdraw. So, you will have to wager $1800 to be able to withdraw which of course means you have to win, a lot. There are also chat games and here's where they really ***. Only 5% of what you spend is counted toward that requirement because it's free money. SO, here's how it breaks down= Say you win 100 bbs (bingo bucks). You will have to spend 3 x 100 at only a 5% rate (which now means 3x100x20). So in total, you will have to spend $6,000 in order to cash out! Another way of putting it, for every $1 bingo buck (or any other free money, promotion, etc) that you get, you have to wager $60. This is in addition to what you have to wager for the deposit you made as well. This goes for all new people. As you play more and get to higher levels, it's even more than that! So the cashing out process- You have a bunch of paperwork to do and send in. Ridiculous process but a must if you want any money back. Then, when you try and cash out, they will always decline your first request due to a "random security check" which just means they'll put the funds back in your bingo account for another week and hope that you spend it all so you can't withdraw next week. They will also come up with any and every excuse to deny you. And if after all that you are one of the lucky ones to be able to withdraw, you can't cash everything out all at once. You can only take as much per week as your level allows (again, see terms explaining levels). But for new players, it's a very low amount. To sum it up- No one has ever become rich from this site, regardless of whatever fake stories you see floating around online about a McDonald's guy winning a slot jackpot and quitting his job. None of our slots have jackpots just FYI. And, even if you do win a large jackpot, you cannot withdraw it all at once. Again, you can only withdraw what your level allows. So if you did win a large bingo jackpot, you will be taking that in payments of $500 a month for pretty much the rest of your life (but they will still periodically decline you just for fun). Yes, some people have won cars and other things but they have to spend ALOT in order to do that. So if you are looking to get rich quick, please move along as it is not possible here. Now, if you are looking just for something to do or you're bored and just wanna chat and have fun, that is what they are for. All of the regulars here are just here for something to do, we know we won't make any money off of this (once in a great while someone will get lucky but that's after spending tens of thousands of dollars). Again, I have been here a long time and to be honest, I am so sick and tired of seeing new people come in and get pissed that they can't withdraw and yet, they don't bother to read the rules first :-|
