I want to close my account. Every time I try to open a ticket for help or support then I can't access the site any more for a while and last time all my balances were wiped out to zero. This site is bs and probably scamming lots of people this same way. No matter how much you win you can not withdraw anything without making a minimum of $30 deposit every 30 days and there are all kinds of limitations and requirements in order to do that. Also they require you to send in documentation such as drivers license (understandable) but your name must match exactly what's on your ID and how you used your name when you created your account. Also your signature must match the signature on your ID. They also ask for a utility bill and other documents to prove identity. There are all kinds of loopholes for them not to pay your winnings in the terms and conditions including one statement that says that any members from USA and a very long list of other countries and places are prohibited from playing on their site and their accounts or memberships will be canceled. So many contradictions.

I cannot believe that I cannot withdraw funds because it has been 30 days since my last deposit. Why would I deposit more if I don't need to. And then you don't allow a small deposit if you have over a $100 in your account. So the consumer is screwed either way. Super frustrated ad just want to withdraw some but now I want it all because it's been such a hassle. I have played with other sites and this is not the way they treat their players.

I wanted to make a deposit and the normal way I do, they said was unavailable to me with only money gram and bitcoins. I can do neither and they know. So when I played all my money off the account I tried to go back in and the account was deactivated. I got email from Amy telling me that my account was deactivated due to be abusing the site for withdrawals. she said not playing for entertainment purposes, and they don't want players like me on the site. I am been playing with bingobilly for years and now that when I deposit and if I have enough money after waggering I withdraw, they have a problem with that and said I am abusing the site. How can I abuse the site when I make a deposit and lose thousands of dollars to meet waggering on the money I deposited and withdraw if ne left. This is crazy to me. I tried to log in just to see what would happen and im allowed on to log in. CRAZY!

I deposit $100.00 play for about 8 hours straight, i take all my cash thats left and all my bonus money and go in and pre-buy cards in all rooms for the rest of the night, using up about $250.00 I try to log in a few hours later and it says my account has been disabled, i click the help button and they tell me to email some lady named Amy, amy asks me to send my I.D so they can "verify " my account , this has been 5 days ago now and ive nothing from them. I have opened up a dispute with my credit card not to pay these scammers!

I made a $300 deposit at BillyBingo, actually many. They have a 30x playthrough before you can request a withdrawal. I met the 30x playthough, which was very struggling., but I did it. I had several thousand dollars in my account, so I requested a withdrawal. I jumped thru the hoops sending them all the information they requested, copy of my drivers license, copy of my credit card, copy of my utility bill. They said my request was approved, but I was only allowed to withdraw $300 per week, or $1000 max per month. So I request the $300 payout. They took the money out of my account. Then they put it back in, then took it out, then put it back in. 5 times they have done this, taking my money out of my account, but no payout in sight. They say they are having problems with their server.Righttttttttttttt. The BIG problem is, every time they put the money back into my account and say they cannot make the payment to me, they reset my playthrough back to 0 ! So they want me to keep playing and meet another 30x playthrough before I can ask for another withdrawal, when they cannot even make the first withdrawal I asked for! I have already met the 30x playthrough on the money I asked to withdraw. But they cannot make the payment, because they do not have the money to pay me. Also, each time they are taking out my withdrawal, they zero out my bonus money. They have stolen thousands of dollars from me by manipulating my account this way.Then, they cannot make the payment again, so they put the money back into my account without the bonus! I have lost thousands of dollars, with no payout in sight. Round and round and round, with no end. This company is a scam, a sham, and they are thieves! Now they have locked me out of the site and stolen all my money, $3000!
