Not getting a bundle that I have paid for multiple times
I have been a fan of bingo blitz for more than ten years with no problem until the last year. I enjoy the benefits from bingo blitz plus. However since I have updated my devices I am being charged for this feature while not having access to it. Worst of all is while playing bingo Im offered to join free and when I do it says Im already enrolled but wont provide the perks Ive unenrolled and restarted and paid the $14.99 multiple times only to be told to reach out to support. Well long story short support does nothing but give me a runaround. Im more than willing to pay the $14.99 for the perks but Im not willing to give up all the progress Ive made over time. Please help me get someone to make this right !! A very unsatisfied customer !!

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
I am loyal player since 2016! I've got a purchase problem and they give me a list to help resolve my problem. When nothing helped. I ask for another way of helping me. But they keep on sending me ticket but no following message. It's obvious that they're ignoring my emails because they can't resolve my problem. I now regret of buying PLUS MEMBERSHIP and wasted so much money for this scumgame

I was asleep this was not me. This was my 13-year-old granddaughter playing this game. She had no access to play the game. Therefore I would like a refund on 225 of my money took without my consent I cant inbox you I cant call I just need my money back. She got my information while I was asleep. Shes only 13 years old. Went to connect to my account this morning and it could not get on at all. It is like I have been totally removed.

I was hacked
For over 2 yrs unbeknownst to me someone was using my acct button up hundreds of dollars in stuff I didn't find it untily bank was overdrawn and the bank you'd it. My credit card bank acct everything was affected.i never saw any difference in beware you could be hacked my bingo game. I want my money back.

I purchased an $85 pack from Bingo Blitz. I was told there were "technical issues" and I would recieve my credits within 30 minutes. That was over 2 hours ago! My bank has been notified and will stop payment if not resolved by end of day 6/5/2023!!! Can you say FRAUD!!!
