Have not been service in two months
Bimbo usa cut all private vendors and supervisor tasks with me about some one take care of my store . The 19th of this month 2 months no one call .I call customer service and they give me a phone number, no one responded. No Bimbo, takis ,marinela products. Bimbo big corporation with bad service.

Cooked in They send coupons No lab results given to customer They only want your money Why would I use the coupons when its like finding a roach in your meal and the restaurant owner offer you another free meal that may also have a roach in it. I'm definitely allergic to poppy seeds even with one touch, I can't eat, or even smell it, otherwise I do have an allergic reaction, and I'll be sent to the hospital immediately. My reactions include breathing, itching, swollen mouth and heart palpitations from the medical side. Please announce this to your complaints department. It might have been a bad product to by as a customer. I'm in the hospitality industry and I ask everyone, are you allergic to anything in particular in daily life. They always respond correctly, and I personally make sure that they don't receive a bad product. So I feel the customers pain.

The values of this company has rolled down hill and failed countless times because of management that Bimbo Bakeries introduced AI into its new business models since management has to many human errors lacking any understanding to an equal opportunity, especially being a sales force. David Ratcliffe is an individual who has animosity towards previous accounts that have been lost under his oversight that bleed into this depot and would seriously apply else where (Franz Bakeries) the equal opportunity for employment is not located within this organization. This company has permanently been at a loss with continuous closures of the bakery outlets. This leads to wasted product (bread) that just gets thrown out at the Kent valley Dump instead of donations towards a food bank giving the current pandemic. This depot as well as the contracted employees are subjected to tyrants such as David Ratcliffe. So all those five star individual have lost their livelihood with lay-offs, budget cuts, implantation of business models that include AI within the ordering systems that ultimately deprives theses hardworking individuals autonomous right, and subjected to scare tactics lacking any moral compass that leads into success. Please read into the history of this company and understanding that no accountability is met under this kind of management. I would give this company zero stars if could. STAY CLEAR OF EMPLOYMENT.

Changed loaf size of Sara Lee white/wheat bread
All of the sudden the Sara Lee White Wheat bread changed. Now coarse, darker color, smaller bread size, and wider slice size. Completely different - in same wrapper with same calories.

ave tried to contact my supervisor several times for my check for the reimbursement of milage, every time I try to contact her she ignores me. I am located in Riverton Wyoming, my direct supervisor is in Cheyenne Wyoming her name is Brittney. I loved the job y'all are great people to work for it's the supervisor for this area that's not so great.

Ruining a good brand
Bimbo has ruined Entenmann's doughnuts for one. They were the best store bought doughnuts that would melt in your mouth. Since being bought by Bimbo the recipes have changed and the product is dry, stale tasting doughnuts. It's so sad! The chocolate covered cake doughnuts were the best. Couldn't stop eating them. Why not have a superior product and charge more versus selling more of a product that's trash?

I have Thomas onion bagels one is sliced the thickness of a quarter the other is an inch thick. Sadly nobody takes there jobs seriously and they certainly have no pride in what they do.

I was hired as a driver in the Dubuque Iowa plant . For the record I truly enjoyed my job . An if was up to me I figure Id finish my career out as a truck driver eventually taking over the transportation Dept and help mr laufinberg carry his half dozen pens an scratch paper out the door . No offense Bimbo bakery but what was going through your mind making him head off transportation logistics knowing nothing of his job discription let alone not current on rules an reqs the trucking industry. I had issues with him from the day I was hired . His poor communication skills are just pathetic when It comes to his drivers . My days were definitely numbered after blowing a trailer tire sitting on the side of the road on overtime for 6 hours in city limits next to a Walmart . Yes I called him out . The guy doesnt even have his voicemail turned on . So yes I blew his phone up . Why wouldnt I . Hes my boss . Well get this what eventually was the reason I was terminated. The yard dog was stuck in ruts not being able to shuffle trailers in your yard . Well the dock Forman just didnt what he should do . We had nothing to pull it out with . So I offered to run to my house on the clock in my personal vehicle to get a log chain . Well damn backed my pickup into a dropped trailer . Obviously I reported it. The dock Forman was a witness . Well 3000 dollars worth of damage to my personal pick up truck an lost my job. Now theres something wrong here .

Over the decades the English muffins deteriorated. They used to be round, std, fluffy with nooks and crannies. Now distorted and densel Do not separate like the originals. Junky. In the Totowa NJ operation they had a QC lab to create a std nice product. They they also messed up by discontinuing my favorite date nut bread. It came back once but was dried out. Bimbo is Bimbo true to its name.
