Happy with purchase

Last week I learned that my original to the car hood hinges on my classic car wouldn't be repaired for more than a month, and I needed to get my car out of the shop the next week, where I had some other repairs being done. I wanted the hood I just spent a lot of money being repaired back on my car. I couldn't find replacement hood hinges anywhere, so I called Frank at Billions & Trillions Inc., and he had exactly what I needed. The hood hinges are extremely rare and aren't reproduced. I was a little skeptical, because of some negative reviews I read here, but I think those must be overblown because Frank took my call at the very end of the day on a Friday, got my hinges shipped to me the next business day, and I had them on the car the day after they arrived. The hinges were in excellent condition, despite the rarity. My hood opens and closes properly now, the first time in years, and I can't be happier. Although his prices may seem high, this is because he has parts that no one else has and can get them to you immediately. I definitely will be calling Billions & Trillions Inc. for hard-to-find parts in the future.

Took my money and never sent item

I initially contacted BillionsandTrillions inquiring about a 79 cutlass grille. After acknowledging the fact that I needed a 79 grille they intentionally sent me a 65 cutlass grille and then emailed me the year which I responded back I needed a 79 grille as stated via phone. They responded back apologizing for the mishap and promised to correct everything. 5 months later I have not received a refund nor the correct merchandise! They are scammers!

We shouWe organize a group of consumers and take a meeting with the Attn General of OK.

If we all contact, (as a group), the Attn General of OK we might get some satisfaction concerning Frank of Billions and Trillions. We all know what kind of person we are dealing with. Did you know he does not have any bad reviews on eBay. We could get better results as a Group!!!! Let's get together!!!!

SATISFIED CUSTOMER

I purchased some specialty automotive products from this supplier that required a secondary service beyond just providing something from a catalog. It was supplied in a timely manner, no cost issues that differed from what was quoted and I would gladly do business with this supplier again.

Paid $1400.00 for a 1970 Buick front bumper. BEWARE!

Bumper was severely bent on driver side. Box was not damaged by shipping and was wrapped up very well. My old bumper is straighter than the one I received. I was told to make adjustments and it will be fine. and no refunds!! This is not my first rodeo and know how to install bumpers. THIS THING IS A PIECE OF JUNK!!

Beautiful Chrome Bumpers

I called Frank in Tulsa and asked him how much it would be to rechrome a couple of bumpers. They were bent and needed to be straightened and replated but he said that wouldn't be a problem. I live in New York so I couldn't believe how easy it was to get my bumpers rechromed. Thanks for everything. The bumpers look amazing! I'll keep recommending you to everyone.

Just giving my appreciation to Mr Frank! I ordered a grill for my 79 cutlass (I searched for months for these grills) and I was blessed to run across these guys!

I have not received my refund for the goods I returned .

I brought two 1966 Pontiac doors from Billions and Trillions off the eBay site. The date I order the doors were 9/16/2020. My credit card was charged $1300.00. I was told by Frank that the doors were ready to sand and paint. WRONG, my body man told me the doors needed body work before they could be primed and then painted. I returned the doors on 9/24/2020 well within the 14 return policy as stated on his website on eBay. Buyer will pay return postage. The cost to return the doors was $360.00 paid by me. He has shipped the doors back to me but I will not except them. He has sent them postage due on one of the doors still wont except them. I called Frank at Billions and Trillions, and he told me he would NOT refund any money because I did not use eBay PayPal. The Attorney General of Tulsa OK and BBB of Tulsa be my next stop.

Real bad customer service

The owner Frank is a very rude guy. No professionalism in customer service. This guy hung the phone up in my face twice. The first time I thought we had just gotten disconnected but he did it again I will not and recommend others to be aware of this rude guy. Says he has been in business for 33 years. WOW!

Poor customer relations!!!

Unbelievable. This guy Frank is a nasty human being. I have been patiently waiting...going on 7 weeks now for chrome head light bezels for my classic car. When I place the order on September 4th I was initially told I would for sure have them by the end, to just be patient. I did a follow up call on October 4th in hope to get a tracking number. I was told they were backed up, give him a week, and that I need to be patient. Called back on October 9th to get an idea when I would get them, and this guy went of the wall, didn't let me talk and he decided to give me a refund and hung up on me. He called back and apologized, said he would make good on this, to call him next week. He kept say over and over again on how he has a 5 star rating on ebay...and that there was a reason for that, bla, bla. bla, bla. Call on October 14th, now he's selling me more BS, telling me the chrome tank has been down, they finally have it working. He had one bezel completed and asked me to call him back on Thursday, October 17th which I did... This guy is... wow, off the wall screaming, cursing, told me to go "F" myself...I didn't say a word till he was finished, I reminded him he asked me to call him today and just asked him for a fund. Let's see how long it takes for my money back.

Crook

Any business in todays world that will not correspond email is crap. He will tell you anything to get a sale then send you bondo full primer coated crap that has been welded up. Claims rust free all the time I got deck lid whole lower 2 inches welded up a bondo together. *** job at best 2 fenders both rust primed over like deep pits. Hood prime over rust and 2 rechromed bumpers from his chrome shop. Scratched out of his packaging. He knows the game you have no recoarse with him since nothing is in writing Nothing. True ***

1966 Toronado Tail Lights

Inquired about a '66 Toro tail light and found that he had the left AND right one. Ordered them and received them in a fast, efficient manner. Well packaged all the way to the north of Canada. Would order items anytime from this Company!

Dishonest and rude

He hasn't changed from all the negative reviews. I'm another victim of his deceitful business practices. I checked the BBB for reviews. When I questioned Frank about the complaints he said "Did you see all the compliments?" Look at the compliments dates. Given his history of lying and deceitful business practices, leaves one to question what actually transpired that so many complimentary reviews were sent to the BBB. Were the good reviews to off-set the negative reviews and raise his BBB grade??? When I looked at the BBB report in January it was B+. I filed a complaint in early February. Now in early March it is A!!!! He knows how to circumvent the system. I filed a complaint with the Attorney General and his response to them has many lies. Isn't it a felony to lie to the Attorney General???

I called about a fender

frank answered the companies phone. I asked if there was a difference in front fenders in a 66 or 67 Pontiac gto. he said and then raised his voice like I aggravated him saying now what can I doo for you!!! with out giving me a chance to explain what I was looking for and he then comes out in a hyper manner says are you able to buy an after market one? I said hum why is he asking me this I said to my self . he comes out and says as he was raising his voice again are you able to buy a after market one . I wasn't sure if he was asking me if I was able to buy one from him or just asking me if one was available for me to buy soo I was stuck talking as for a reply and then he comes out and says these ones are way more expensive than a after market one. I said ok he then says it again these ones are way more expensive than an aftermarket one. I thought to my self wooooo this guy is rude and pissed about something and is plainly being rude to someone that all I had was simple educational question about whether or not they were the same fenders. he hung up on me . I called the business back he answers the phone and I asked to speak with the manager he said he was the manager . he then says did you call and the person you were speaking to was he mean too you? I said well I think soo. he then flips out and screams over the phone well that ffookingjhgh bla bla bla loads of cuss words about how hes going to have a word with that guy and hangs up on me. I called back a third time he answered it naming his business wallmarts. .... and after doing a little review of this company there are tons of complaints of such incidences as this . it was all uncalled for . if your going to act like that to a stranger of whom would have been a potential buyer ? I don't think youre going to get far well not with me nor the 10 buds listening to you answer the phone. let alone heres another neg mark for mr Frank Palmer DeLarzelere III. I infact don't care how many parts I need to restore our familys cars we wont be getting them from from him .
