No refund

Canceled my order 10/29 before order was shipped. Was told I would receive my refund in a few days. I am still waiting. They are not answering phone calls or replying to emails. It is beginning to look like fraud.

This is theft

Ordered in October, took my money and haven't heard a thing out of them. I've tried calling and emailing countless times with absolutely no response. I'm not rating b/c you have to give at least one star.

Buyer Beware!

Absolutely no customer service. Received part, never installed, was the wrong part. Asked to exchange the new part was $100 less and asked for just even exchange. Had no interest in helping, just wanted me to order the new part. I now have a $600 part that I cant use. And the machine that still doesnt work.

Keeps money, no parts!

They promise you the parts are coming, but never ship, then trying to get your money returned is another whole matter!

Worst Experience Ever

I have waited for almost a month for a refund for an order I placed for an item that they didn't even have in stock. I have called customer service at least 5 times and they keep telling me different stories like the refund wasn't processed correctly or that they are doing manual refund so it can take 10 business days. Now I have been told that my refund was marked urgent but still no refund 3 days later. This company is the worst and I think they are scammers and make you wait long enough so you have no recourse with your credit card company. Stay away from BikeBandit!

My items are been held with UK customs because they want £180 of me but bike bandit took taxis off me so I should not pay anything also bike bandit needs to alter my final bill for my parts bought has my original order could not be processed due to parts not got .but bike bandit have not changed the bill even after my refund so UK customs think I have more parts than I actually have. Really pissed off with bike bandit .parts ref #210535****572700 .bike bandit needs to speak to UK customs has they will email them also if my parts end up going back to bike bandit they will pay for all postage back to me once everything is resolved.mr Phillip frith

Selling discontinued and unavailable items

Bought a part that I could not find in stock because it is discontinued by the manufacturer. Hoped to find some replacement, either old stock or aftermarket clone, but did find this website which listed it as "on sale" and even offered price matching as though they had it in stock. I had hoped I had gotten lucky when I was charged for the item plus tax and shipping, and it went into processing. Shortly afterwards, I got an email which stated the item was unavailable due to being discontinued, so they would remove the item from my order (not cancel the order, mind you, despite that being the only item on it) and provide a refund "in a few days". That was June 18, a day after placing the order. Come July, no refund. Opened a claim in Paypal as "Item not received" expecting that I would see the credit for the full $120 spent on this order in about 2 days time. Instead, I found there was a delay while they were "awaiting seller response" and then surprisingly it took another few days to change status and I got an email saying they were altering the reason for dispute from "not received" instead calling it "missing refund or credit." This apparently has a different timetable in the resolution center as suddenly the case review time was extended to a projected date of SEPTEMBER 2! I don't understand why it should even require their answer to resolve, as the initial payment was made with my Paypal balance, not a third party credit card or anything. The entire transaction is handled by Paypal, and I have already provided the email that notes the unavailable nature of the product, and the promise of a refund that very clearly has not occurred. Not only that, but the order wasn't cancelled, which has somehow made that refund amount only for the listed purchase price of $98.35 when Paypal finally just offered a provisional credit until the decision is made in the resolution center! Why should they keep tax and shipping on an item that they cannot provide?? It would be one thing if the company was responsible enough to prevent this item being purchased by some other unsuspecting dupe, but it's still offered on the website for sale, where it can lure people into giving them money. Why not at least alter the sale page to indicate it is unavailable, since they obviously know it is, or else disable the ability to actually buy it? Why not cancel the whole order and refund everything instead of "removing" the only item ordered and keeping the tax and shipping on an open order that will never be filled? This is a clever one, and I bet that they might even get over on Paypal with this one. I expect that will eventually be a policy shift that lessens the protection offered by Paypal in the long run, which is a shame. The only reason I trust a lot of sites is that Paypal has my back and will usually come through for me as long as I follow their rules and verification. But I'm shocked that the resolution for this is so long and I think they have exploited a loophole somehow such that it is possible I may end up eating at least part of this purchase in the end if they won't cover the tax and shipping part of my nonexistent order. This did not happen

Resolved: No Refund on unavailable item

Updated by user Aug 16, 2021

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Full refund sent..

Ordered a part from Bike Bandit that is now unavailable. Received an email from Bike Bandit that I would be refunded. After numerous phone calls and emails, I have yet to receive my refund. Bike Bandit claims issues with PayPal. Should have done more research before using this company. Bike Bandit is untrustworthy. Update: refund sent

Item cancelled and no refund

Looks like I should have revised Bike Bandit before ordering from them. Ordered a part almost a year ago, and kept getting the its on back order emails. Finally got one that said its no longer available and money would be refunded. Numerous calls, and emails to follow up on refund and kept being told its a problem with PayPal.

Promised credit never happened

Original review Apr 28, 2021
On 7/1/20, I contacted Bike Bandit about a defective battery that was under warranty.. Had to wait about 35 minutes on the phone till customer service picked up. All info given then, but never heard back. I tried e-mailing them on 7/29/20 for for further service. Did receive an e-mail back but no follow-up was ever done on their end. So many numerous calls and unanswered e-mails transpired. Finally, on a phone call to Bike Bandit 12/28/20, I was told that a credit card refund was done. Was told billing would e-mail me confirmation. Several calls later, I still have not received anything from their billing. My credit card company has confirmed that no credit has been issued by Bike Bandit. 10 months later still no resolution.

The SUCK. Don't be in any kind of hurry to get parts.

Ordered parts 15 days later nothing, called one part on BO. I asked said partial ship so I can get the rest of my parts, Sorry we don't partial ship. I cancelled BO item. Then I said can this ship today? He said order to go out in 2-3 days. GEES, thanks for your wonderful customer service. Go elsewhere.

Horrible Customer Service, 3-4 Weeks to receive order

Purchased for 2 Bikes and a Jetski! 9 items OEM Parts. Took 2 1/2 weeks to get in (NOT SHIPPED) simple brake pads and oil filter (BMW S1000R) The rest was Kawasaki oem parts that they still didn't receive and couldn't tell me a expected delivery date. Then wanted to charge me shipping to send me the parts that were received into there warehouse because it was a incomplete order. Was supposed to be FREE shipping. Canceled order I'll never waist my time again with them! what good is great prices if it takes a month to get items!
