Fruad and deceptive
After going through most of completing the order, they kept trying to force me to join a "savings membership program". They were insisting i join the program, they ended hanging up on me. They had already got my credit card info, so I reported it stolen. I got my cc account canceled before they could charge me. They were badgering though the process. Do not trust anything they say to you. Whatever you do, do not use the web site, it asks for your checking account info.

Poor experience with every refill
I have begrudgingly dealt with Big Mountain Drugs for 2+ years solely because my primary doctor recommended them for cheaper prescription drugs and faxes my refill prescriptions directly to them to keep on file. Without exception, every refill effort has been a hassle requiring extra steps. They now can't accept Visa, so you have to jump through hoops because they presumably can't follow Visa's guidelines to maintain that relationship. Experiences with their customer service reps only underscore they must hire the most inept people available, do no training, and replace them frequently. It is NOT worth the frustration to deal with these imbeciles.

Medication held up in USA FDA Customs
I have been ordering Domperidone (Motillum) through Big Mountain Drugs for 5 years. My last order in 2018 had several delivery errors that was remedied after several phone calls. I waited the expected 21 days for first order. Called Customer Service (CS) to inquire and encouraged to wait a bit longer. Orders have to clear Customs in the USA and they have no control of THAT process. Next, it had been 5-6 weeks since I placed my order. I called CS and complained that I was out of my medication and I have been waiting double the delivery time. I inquired details of the transit of my order and was told they do not track any of their orders and then the same “clearing Customs” excuse. I demanded a (no cost) re-issue delivery and at an expedited rate and was processed with helpful and efficient service. In a matter of days to a week later my medication arrived. There was no evidence of ANY additional postage required to be delivered to me. Why can’t I get or even pay for that delivery time every time? While CS was processing my replacement order, they asked me to just call them when I get order #1 and then I could pay for them. My reply was “Absolutely Not”! I will not pay Mountain Drugs for its’ incompetence. About 4 weeks later I received a letter from the FDA stating an order I had with Big Mountain Drugs was being withheld in the USA LA Customs and I could go there to retrieve my medicine. I could not be bothered and refused to use my time, gasoline and money to finish their work. For the delays to medicate my medical condition. Yes, I am going to order again with Big Mountain Drugs. I searched the FDA website for Big Mountain Drugs and “Internet Marketing of an Unapproved and Misbranded Drug” and found only one instance in 2013. I can recommend to place an order with Big Mountain Drugs.

Great deals
I've worked with Big Mountain and its predecessor for almost a decade. This place helps me avoid getting ripped off by big US pharma companies. They did lose track of a fax once or twice, but corrected the problem the best they could. When one order got stuck in Customs, they quickly refunded and reordered. Overall, it's been well worth the effort.

Great company to do business with!
I have been useing Big Mountain Drugs for close to ten years. Everthing has been great. You people who have complained probably don't understand the law. If you order a generic, they can supply you any brand generic they have availible. It is only on Name Brand that you have to approve a change...They are great!!!!!

Bad alternative drug
I ordered a refill for Synthroid which I have ordered before, but this time I chose the one from India, which on the website says Synthroid, Abbott, India. When it arrived it was not Synthroid but Thyronorm, and was a different color and shape. I called and spoke to customer care and a pharmacist and was assured that it would be exactly the same. i believed them. However, this drug made me very ill. Do not take this as a substitute. I called customer care and spoke to Mona who was very unhelpful. She said I could pay again and they would send the real Synthroid. Sounds like a scam to me! Won't be using them again!!!

I ordered asthma drugs for my daughter, and she was not home when the drugs arrived. She went to the post office to get the package a few days later and the package already been sent back. They would not accept a credit card, so I foolishly used my debit card. Mountain Drugs just kept stalling me after the drugs were sent back, and said it would be redelivered but could take months. It has been over a year and I have not received the drugs. Mountain Drugs will not give me a refund and told me to take it up with my bank. My bank has a 60 day cutoff for debit card disputes. I am out of hundreds of dollars with no recourse. They should put this warning in big bold letters on their site that "you will will never receive your drugs or money back it post office sends them back".

Inefficient bordering on incompetent service
UNBELIEVABLE! Very poor service. Poor fax line. Poor computer skills. Poor service. Give patients the run around. One person has no idea what the other person is doing there. Beware. I would be concerned about the medicines received since the service is so very, very poor.One person says they didn't receive a voided check. Another says they didn't get a prescription and then another says they couldn't read the date. Another says it wasn't there, and so on. This is now over a week of cat and mouse for a prescription for a pill not available by US pharmacies. Then one has to be forced to listen to mostly bad rock music. I have moved a couple of my prescriptions to Big mountain and have never encountered ANY problems. The prices are 60 to 75 percent cheaper than the med's i have received from U.S. pharmacies. Big Mountain Drugs Scam
I had been taking Levitra 20 mg pills for years (very expensive, but they worked). I received word that I could obtain the same brand/dose at lower cost and sent my prescription to Big Mountain. After receiving the pills, I took one and felt absolutely no effect (0 efficacy). I called to complain and the "customer service" agent could only offer me FREE SHIPPING on my next order - like I'm going to order ANYTHING from them again. He did not ask me for a batch number and only told me they have been working with the supplier (Bayer Turkey) for many years. Bottom line - a big scam with a no return policy and no investigation, which ended up being a lesson costing me hundreds of dollars. Stay AWAY!
