Trying to change password
Customer service literally sucks. Get the runaround trying to chnge my password. I have had my current email over 25years.I receive emails from them but when I try to lg in my email is not accepted.Need to update payment info & can't do that either. I have been with Big Fish for several years..I am done with them Don't wast your time...

It is impossible to get a real person to help me with this. My email has changed, the old email address does not exist anymore, I cannot contact anyone to help me reset as they require you to email to your sign in email which doesn't exist anymore. Going around in circles on this...

I have 2 accts had 588 mil in piggy bank plus you get 200 percent it never gave 200 percent on one of them but then went in and seen I had 588hundred mill in piggy bank x 200 percent they didnt give me several emails they state 588 hundred mill but paid for 200 percent more that they dont notice there own sale

I've had this problem multiple times now. I put my email address in and my password and it says it doesn't recognize my password. I haven't changed the password. now it says it doesn't recognize my email address. I can no longer access my account at all. Oh they take out the money for my membership but don't help at all! I played your fishthunder game and won 40$ plus what I deposited.the game went crazy and kicked me out. When I logged back in all my money except 10$ was gone. I can't even talk to anyone about refunding my loss

Dissatisfied customer unable to access account
I am unable to get into my account. It doesnt recognize my email address or password! Yet the billing and charge for Big Fish Games of $6.99 goes through every month just fine. Unable to make contact with anyone to help with this problem.
