Heated Mattress Pad controls are not working
Hi, I wanted to know how I could get my heated mattress pad repaired. One side doesnt heat anymore and one controller is acting weirdly by not lighting up or blinking sporadically.

The representative told me they were sending us a replacement blanket, so far we have seen nothing. Glad your site reminded us about this issue. Going to call the company tomorrow.

My electric throw died within 4 months so I contacted the company. They had me do a few things but discovered its dead. They are sending me a replacement.

My power cord quit
My heating blanket isnt that old and was kind of expensive otj w281kd446**** the power cord is tc13b1-t the power cord quit working

I bought my heated blanket around Christmas and put it on the bed. It has never worked correctly since day one. Half the time it doesn't heat up when you turn it on. The other complaint is that the whole blanket doesn't heat up either when it does work - only the edges get warm - if it works at all. It also sparked when I plugged it in to the wall. I don't feel safe using it or having it plugged in. I can't find the serial number to register it. I will be contacting customer service. I contacted them through email and I got a reply back to call customer service. We will see how that goes! After reading other reviews and noticing the recalls, I would not purchase this blanket again.

Controller doesn't work
Love my electric blanket but my electric control has stopped working after two years of use. I am a senior disabled person that needs to replace/purchase a single/queen control unit. The "Helmet" controller justs stops working after approx. 1 year
I have bought 3 Biddeford electric blankets in the last 5 years, they all just stopped working after 1 or 2 winters. Warranty is for 5 years, but so far, not one of them have made it that far. Fortunately, I bought through Amazon and they gave me credit to buy others. It may be my fault, because I have the duo "Helmets" controllers on at all time, even when I am gone.
