I have ordered a tshirt from bewakoof.com and it's been more then 5 days extra since delivery date but it's not delivered and I have paid already for it and also it's not cancelling.they have bothered me almost 15 days but didn't delivered my order it's worst site ever don't ever buy stuffs from them they're fraudsters

They returned the order to warehouse and refunded my money but I've applied my 100 credit points and that was discounted price and I'm not able to buy it again on same price they bothered me almost 12-15 days and finally did this it's not fair to me.

Please be carefull while you choose the delivery boy for your services because some have not such a knowledge about functionality of e commerce delivery apps so they mistakes on choosing right options and unwantedly customers have to face the problems.

If they dont want to deliver the products they can directly cancel the orders and refund the money asap. i am waiting from last 10 days they didnt respond the order date was 13th of February and expected delivery was 18th feb but today is 23rd of February and the orders are still not shipped if i try to reach them with mail communication they are simply replying that we are working on your issues every time with same apologies mail. But they are doing nothing its urgent need dresses, but they dont value our time i have ordered for Rs 3000 if they dont have the products simply they can cancel the orders and refund my money thats it. Please help me with this issue
