CHERRY CHIP CAKE AND FROSTING
Good afternoon ive hand written you a letter but need address to reach the right person. My name is Mary Lane ive been trying to find your cherry chip cake mix and cherry frosting for some now years actually. I am not tech savy by any means. This cake is mine and my 10 siblings whole childhood, it was a very special treat to be able to have it, our father passed in april and all of were together for the first time in over 20 yrs we all plan getting together christmas time and I would live to have cherry chip cake for us all could you please help me aquire it? If you look online it says walmart, publix carries it but this is not true, a year ago I went to publix asking for it they ordered it ,when I went to get they informed me that they could not aquire it. My daughter told me she looked and said I could buy 1 box for $42 I thought this was a joke i would live to get a dozen cake mixes and frosting as well could I just buy from you? Surely you wouldnt charge $42 a box. Please let me know. I know you all are very busy I just hope my letter or this email gets to someone who can help me and not just pushed aside. I subscribe to your emails but for the past week or so I have not been able to go from the featured recipe mentioned in the email to the full recipe on the website. I cannot in fact get to your website by first going to safari and searching either. I get a Microsoft (I think) message that simply says "The request is blocked". To my knowledge nothing on my computer has changed; is the problem on your end? I am already registered on your site; I simply am blocked from getting in. I miss my daily Betty Crocker fix.

Foreign Object in Brownie Mix
I recently purchased and baked a Betty Crocker Delights Supreme Triple Chunk Brownie Mix. There was a very hard foreign object that was found within the mix.

I tried calling customer service regarding the Betty Crocker Angel Food Cake fix I bought at Frys grocery store on Cotton Lane in Goodyear Arizona. Any ways I tried to tell the woman that answered my call that I have never ever oiled or butter my Angel food cake pan. She kept repeating the same thing. It was very frustrating to me. Why hire these people if they arent helpful.

Mashed potatoes package
Hi team Betty Crocker, l hope you're all doing great today, and every day forth So my inquiry is about your "Mashed potatoes" product. I'm out in Cambodia at the moment and l spotted a box of your mashed potatoes, they where at a reasonable price so l purchased 13.75oz size. When I'm in Cambodia I live in the rural rice growing areas, so rice is the staple diet for most folks l know around here, so l was looking forward to something different. So the other night I decided to indulge in a nice bowl of mash and meat and veggies side dishes. I proceeded to open the box and, to my utter astonishment there was no secondary package, which l would have expected with the absorbency of the product. Also in tropical climates there's microscopical insects, bugs, and numerous other things that would find there way in, and that's not to mention the humidity aspect on the cardboard box. Now I'm not complaining about your product because I'm enjoying it, but I've transferred the contents into a large glass jar. But l thought I'd write to you and ask your policy on packaging and secondary packages, maybe it's a "keep planet earth free from plastic bags" l could understand that. But having said that, secondary sealable packaging could be environmentally friendly, and would be appreciated in tropical climes, believe me. I see your headquarters are in Minneapolis of which l have visited many times and have friends in Minnetonka and over in the twin city St Paul's. I'm English by the way, and on one visit around Christmas time l bought a beautiful Melton Mowbray Pork pie to share among my American friends.This pie is a speciality food product made in Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire, and had our beautiful Queen Elizabeth's stamp of approval on it. It was duly seized and confiscated at Minneapolis airport by a overzealous custom official. I'm still mourning its loss 30 years later, hahaha Anyway I'll stop here, my 5 year old son as ask me to make him some mashed potatoes, I'm sure he'll enjoy them. Broke to quickly
Hi, I just received a Betty Crocker as and only started using it fresh out of the box about 2-3 months ago. Today as I started to make dinner, the Crocker turned on, as in the lights turned on, but it didn't heat up at all, and didn't cook the food that I needed it to. Despite the fact that I opened it a mere 2-3 months ago, I've only used it a handful of times. Please contact me with options that I can do about my new, broken Crocker. Thank you. Ps. I don't have the order id, since it was gotten as a gift for me, but I can give you the machine's ID if that would work.

Worms in chocolate chip mix
Hi good morning Im sending this email as Im not sure if you all would see my message via social media. I would like to inform youll that this morning I bought a double chocolate chip cookie mix and while mixing it just before baking I noticed white small worms in the mix. The expiration date is saying November 2023 so I dont understand how I could have gotten worms in the mixture? I found this to be very unsanitary as I was making it for children and I had to come and let you all know about this experience. As Im very unsatisfied that I spent almost $40tt for this and did not get to consume it at all. Im not sure what you all can do about this but Im not pleased about it.

I have a jar of Betty Crocker sprinkles, green sugar. There is no expiration date anywhere on the bottle. The side of the bottle says.F607C and the upc label says 71169 7**** BC15131 Can you tell me if they are expired?
