The membership pricing was not clear

It was not clear that 260 would be taken out and I think answering I. The form of email is unprofessional and the person I talked to on the phone was incompetent

SCAMMING ALERT!!!

I have NEVER received a service from BETTER HELP! Then you all have the audacity to try and steal over 300.00 dollars from my Google PAY ACCOUNT??? THIS will surely be reported to the appropriate authorities! I don't know what type of games your company is playing but it is most definitely going to an end. Better help my ***

Charged without consent or any services received/delivered

I was charged AUD$600 twice, without consent; without accepting a counsellor (they sent just one proposal, and the proposal was never accepted) and without any sessions scheduled. The whole thing is misleading, deceitful. Be careful!

Why was my account changed? I didn't see a therapist thru this website at all so I don't understand why I don't understand why my account was charged.

Billing question

I was billed for a month before I even had any seasons . My therapist has canceled 3 out of 7 seasons. Asked for refund and was refused. They just added on weeks.

UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES

I was charged $400 over the amount I agreed to with them. I contacted customer service and no one has got back to me yet. I requested a full refund and to cancel my subscription. IT's unacceptable practices.

They steal your money!!!!

I am getting frustrated because I was charged for sessions I have not used. I want a refund and NO ONE is responding to me. I feel like I am being ignored and being tossed around like a rag doll. They charge you per week NOT PER SESSION, so if you schedule your next appointment two weeks out, they dont care, they still take your money, and they charge you for a FULL MONTH BEFORE your sessions even start so if you have life issues that get in the way and you havent spoken to a therapist for that whole month, they STILL CHARGE YOU! This is a SCAM!!! I only used 2 sessions in one month but I got charge for 4 weeks and then they Charged me again for 4 more weeks!!! They are THIEVES DO NOT USE THIS PLATFORM. Use another one or go see a real therapist! You are supposed to help people and yet you are causing them Anguish and Stress!

Charged my checking account $221. without informing me of charges

Charged my account $221.00 without my consent and before I could even talk to anyone and there is no phone number to call except a suicide hotline and of course they couldnt help me and couldnt even help in anyway.

Cancellation issue

Not sure how this happen, but you took $320 out of my account without warning. I had canceled after my 4 sessions, 3 wks ago. I didn't realize this happen, until I was paying a bill over the phone and my card was declined. I was embarrassed because that has never happen to me before...

I had a nice interaction with one of your customer service ladies

Website pretended to be a different service provider on google search engine

this company's SEO practices should be illegal. I am going through a traumatic experience and was in a rush to reach out to a therapist i had on a different platform. betterhelp not only posed as the other platform, they did not have phone number on their webpage for getting a refund. this added extra stress for me that I did not need. also worth noting, an online telehealth provider should have insurance options, just a good practice ***

Using service is not user friendly from I phone unable to get info about therapist is using an iPhone the problem

2 1/2 days and still cannot get 4 # code in an email . I have texted and email about 6 times

Not able to finish account set up. Email will not drop into my email. Email from rep saying she rest - but email with 4# codes

Can’t get email for 4 digit code several email and rep with no help

Not getting 4 digit code to finish application . Contacted email and text then I got a rep and she said she fixed it. Still dont get email

I need help

hi better help i am a girl from iraq ...i really want to stay with my thirapst but the thing is 65 $ is 100 ID and its very expansove for a week ..i successed to pay for my first week with my food money and my savings but its very expansive and i dont think i can afured it every week can u plz with ur kindess give me a discount ...i even tried to share the theripy to have a week free but it didnt give me it ...i hope u guys consider my quastion and consder that i am a girl from iraq and $ is very expansive and high here
