Manufacture warranty

I am trying to get manufacture warranty on my bunk bed that has been falling apart and I just need a replacement or soemthing done the boards are falling apart and I havent had more than a year I have gotten no help or response back and I believe they do not hold their end of the deal with manufacturer warranty. You cant get any help or responses false promises on warranty

I was frustrated with the amount of time it took to get what I needed. However, everyone was very nice and very helpful.z

I have received more than one book that I have not ordered from you and as lovely as the books are, I have retired and Im trying to lighten up rather than continue to collect. I received another book today or yesterday and I have a bill showing it was a late payment and I was pretty certain I had paid it, and when I finally got a hold of the right person it was the case that I had paid it so but it did take me a while to get to that place. !

I purchased something and did not get all pieces

No response at all from your company better homes and garden or Walmart here is my receipt and directions of my product I am missing 2 # E rods and I want them by tomorrow at the latest

Faulty sheets

Sheets frayed after 3 months of use and washed sheets on cool and only every other week. Not happy with their quality for paying 50 dollars!

I need replacement parts for a table and I cannot get through to anyone

I need replacement parts for a patio set. Its called River Oaks. I bought the couch the two chairs swivel rockers, and the two tables that come with it. My table was crushed. They were supposed to send me the table and legs they sent me the table top, the large table, top with the small table legs, I need the larger base for this table. It came with no hardware so I have been waiting for weeks for the hardware and then it turns out the base is wrong. Im very frustrated with this company. I will never buy another Better Homes & Gardens product again.

We did not receive a cover that was the come with the wicker couch

what we had done was purchase the floor model for the full price of the set not having a problem with that because all look to be in good shape although nothing was in boxes so we loaded my truck with the furniture and one bag which we thought contained the covers for all furniture . The covers we received were for the two rocking swivel river oak chairs .We did not receive a cover that was to come with the wicker couch.

Product purchase

I purchased the BHG patio sectional with table and two stools, the cushions are stretched out and loosing shape and the leg is unraveled. I purchased Theo for the kids in July 4 th holiday. Any help would be much appreciated Sincerely Jody Lewis

Warranty claim

Kind of hard to get thru to someone when all they want is your magazine account number without giving you any option to choose another department. Nor do they have any listing that is actually for their product department.J

Poor quality

I purchased a quilt at Walmart in past 6 months. It is of the worst quality ever! The stitching design keeps pulling and coming unsewn. Beyond horrible quality. Have already returned the original first one and had to pay extra money to get a replacement. And again as I explained- second quilt did same! Am beyond pissed. Threads pulling our ruining the "reversible" design! see photos below

"Blackout" curtains are basically see through

Working midnights requires me to block out as much sunlight as possible. Blackout curtains are a necessity. After buying some so-called "Blackout" curtains today, I was sadly disappointed with the ones I bought. After hanging up my curtains, I noticed they weren't even close to blocking the sun. When the sun hits them, they become nearly transparent. BH&G shouldn't be allowed to label them as blackout. It's false advertising if you ask me. DO NOT BUY!

Item not working

Purchased 2 Better Homes & Gardens Beckon Solar Powered 4'' x 4'' Black Post Cap LED Light on May 30, 2023. One worked for one night and has not worked since and the other is so disappointing, barely gives off any light. I have other solar lights that light up perfect in the same area so they should be getting enough sunlight. These cost $9.96 each and cannot return as once i installed i threw boxes away. But what a disappointment. Do u guarantee your items? Can I get a refund?

Product warranty

I've been trying to get a refund on the product that's defective. There is no one to talk to, all I was getting was email address. Tried several times but no answer unless it's a wrong address. The product says 3 year warranty, but how does someone get the warranty if they can't get a hold of anyone ?

Missing the chair covers that should have came with chairs.

There is no Customer service support for products. Ive done as Ive been told to do sent emails after emails. Ive tried every number I can even find on google again no help and not their problem. Worst company and customer service Ive ever dealt with.i even paid the extra for the 3 year protection plan!

Product Assurance Issue

i just bought a comforter from walmart today, (i have the receipt) brought it home and washed and dried after reading the care instructions, so i could use it tonight. there was plenty of room in both washer and dryer for it to move freely. washed it with cold water, dried it on the lowest setting and i pulled it out and parts of it are "burnt" and stiff and the "fuzzy" part is everywhere in my room. i paid $60+tax on that and i again i JUST bought it today. please advise.
