Link rewards

I am trying to link my rewards. Never received my rewards account number or pin. Tried different avenues. I keep getting use your 24/7 support. But they are not aloud to give account numbers. I am losing points because of this. Seems like I have to drive to your casino just to get an account number? No thanks. Ashame. You have great games.

Issues with account and getting help

My account has been locked with no reason given. It has been that way for over a month now and I can't get any help. No one really responds any longer and it seems as if no one really cares. I tried to just cancel my account and they won't even let me do that saying it can't be done while it's under review. I am a VIP customer also and get this kind of service. I can't imagine how any one else would get treated. This is ridiculous.

I have had nothing but problems with the BetRivers website and their customer service.

I admitted an account with that rivers over a year ago stop playing it after about a month decided to give them another try couldn't log in said I didn't have an account so I made an account then they send me an email saying that my account was canceled because I can only have one account at a time. Got that all straightened out got one account try to use the password can't use the password tells me that it will send me an email to reset my password I've been waiting 4 days still no email can't seem to talk to anybody on the phone get no reply when I email them still unable to get into my account that I have money sitting there on and can't get a call back do their whole tech support and they tell me the same thing over and over and over that I need to wait for an email to come

Reset password

I've been trying for over 24 hours to reset my password and app and with support due to late or no response I've been unsuccessful and at this point no one has still contacted me in regards to this matter.. I'm not a resident of Pennsylvania I'm here until tomorrow and I wanted to play while I was here which probably won't happen because no one has been in contact.

Issues

Still waiting my account is frozen all because the geolocation bs I play everyday and as soon as I'm doing okay it kicks me off and says I'm outside the area I never left my room I play in every night

Issues with geolocation says I'm out of the area but it only happens when I'm winning worst casino app I have played

I have never left Pennsylvania I play on this app everyday I deposit lots of money and when I'm doing ok I get kicked of saying I'm not in the area but I have never left I play in the same room I have been playing in and all of a sudden I get locked out they have my money and I'm still locked out I had to resubmit documents that I submitted when I first opened my account awhile back it's just so frustrating and it seems like Noone wants to help

Cant get my withdrawn and account been blocked

Back in march i won money and withdrawn it the approved it and then 30 minutes later cancel it and blocked my account because someone with the same address had a charge back so they said i had to talk to everyone in my house and once they took care of it i would be avle to get my money well i talked to them and the 1 other adults in my house took care of it and then they keep making me and them send the same document a million times well now all the documents are conplete and they keep saying the account is in review and someone will reach out well its about to be june and not one update like i didnt have a charge back but then can keep my money they are robbing me why should i have to be punished for someone eles mishaps and for the last 2 months everyday i reach out and nothing like before i won they took my money without a problem this is insane and cant seem to get anyone to help me

Want to change a withdrawal

Why would you send me this when I could not get through to you? Nobody was available how is that for customer service? It sucks you don't really have customer service. Speed up your withdrawal. No reason for a withdrawal to take up to 5 days! If I wouldn't have made a mistake and used PayPal like I normally do I would have my withdrawal in minutes! If they can do that so could your site. That would be a huge improvement to customer service.

Accounts issues

I put money on my debt rivers account $20 on the 28th of March at your game exchange a kiosk in North Little Rock. The money never got posted to my account it does show up on my account history but it never did post on to my account where I could play with it this is happening to me at a time before and nothing was done about it again either anyway if you could put this back to my count as soon as possible I would appreciate it my count number is 27 67 28 ** ** 76 Thank you I would only ask that you get a telephone numberepeat I can get ahold of you but people can get ahold of you and they have problems

I couldn't get my withdrawal approved

I used a virtual card to load money and y'all insisted on a pic of front and back of a imaginary card that only exists is on line and y'all wouldn't except any thing diff finally I got a bank statement that y'all excepted after 6 fails trys with same kinda things it's took close to a month to get my withdrawal approved this morning
