I bet Georgia beat Tennessee Martin by 14.5 in the first half So the I did Tennessee +14.5 Georgia beat em by 17 but they said I lost because it was under 14.5 Im tryna get my payout because I won that bet why they tryna scam me idk I did a similar bet with Texas and rice Rice lost by +33.5 so I won why didnt I win my bet with Georgia and Tennessee Martin hmm they better gimme my money

I called once before and representative told me the cards were random. Again 3rd time in a row mgm won 75 to 80 percent of the hands. That's improbable odds to win like that especially 3 days in a row

Trash customer service
Stuck in a closed-loop with the only withdrawal option available as apple pay. Apple pay withdrawals keep being reversed, probably because they are not known to accept withdrawals. After 7 hours talking to customer service they still have not resolved my issue. They tell me lie after lie that Apple pay is fixed, or that it was removed from my account. Neither of those are true. Apple pay is still on my account and still does not work for withdrawals. I have $2800 stuck in my account that I can't get out and customer service does not care in the slightest. It's been over a week and they refuse to pay me out. They keep giving me the run around and refuse to write me a check or withdraw it to my bank. They are literally forcing me to one withdrawal method that does not work. When I reach out, they simply do not care, offer BS lies and incompetence, and will not pay me my money. An absolute nightmare - play on draftkings or fanduel. MGM is literally worse than trash and I'm not joking in the slightest. Absolute incompetent crooks who are playing stupid.

Horrible customer service. My account got permanently deleted because someone else hacked it. They should be responsible but instead of taking accountability for their lack of security measures they banned me from ever using their site. Never reimbursed me for the cash I lost and after months of sending Emails and live chats I was just told today when I finally called.. alot of wasted time.. RIDICULOUS. It's honestly their loss. I spend thousands on DraftKings and have never had these issues!!! This whole company is a scam.

Horrible customer support
Long time customer and have filed formal complaint against BetMGM and party casino (NJ), the worst customer support I've ever experienced. All they do is reply with form letters and say they will get back to you but they do not other then try to blame any issues on you. They are timing you out of games every 2-4 minutes which gives them an advantage, resetting the RNG each time making it harder to hit. I've tried for weeks to reach someone and they just do not respond. PLAY ANYWHERE ELSE OTHER THEN ANY BETMGM SITE.S

My divine fortune's game has been frozen In the bonus ROUND SINCE 7-10-23...with my cash attached. I have been trying to get it cleared since. Being told it's with the RELEVANT TEAM PLEASE ALLOW 24 to 48 hours every day. Today I'M told IT IS RESOLVED but it's STILL FROZEN WITH MY CASH LOCKED. this is a jackpot COIN DROP bonus ROUND worth $142,000. I SPENT 2.75 hrs on the phone today alone no e to be 3 hung up on and never called back. I have filed a complaint with the RELEVANT officials and will not be reaching back out to Betmgm.
