Lack of advertised service.
I paid $50 to watch my daughters Tanner live-streamed as advertised by Be the Beast. I was unable to see any of the games until the championship. It was hairs to find an accurate contact for Be the Beast. Once I found a contact they were responsive but still have not offered a refund of the payment. Her dad was at the games and said that there were no cameras the whole time at the court they played on I told him I was able to see the championship game but he told me that the opposing team wasnt in pink jerseys as I saw so I dont even know which game I saw.

Lousy service
Paid 50 bucks for a weekend stream and certain games arent even streaming. No one to answer questions or help voicemail boxes full.. this is a scam. If all the courts arent steaming then you should make that clear to the customer BEFORE they pay for the service. The courts are known ahead of time - no excuse for this. I wont be paying for this again and recommend no one to either.

DO NOT BUY!!! THE PRODUCT IS WAY MISREPRESENTED! THEN WHEN YOU CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE, THE MAILBOX IS FULL, THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO EMAILS. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT PROVIDE THE PRODUCT! I HAVE TRIED SEVERAL EMAIL AND MULTIPLE PHONE CALLS AND YET TO GET A RESPONSE. I AM NOW TURNING THEM IN TO MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY FOR FRAUD. BEING THAT THEY ADVERTISE A PARTICULAR PRODUCT AND IT IS NOT ACCESSIBLE. IN ADDITION THEY CHARGE A VERY LARGE AMOUNT OF MONEY. THEY CHARGE MULTIPLE FEES . THEY SHOULD BE SUED FOR MISREPRESENTATION AND NOT PROVIDING THE PRODUCT THEY ADVERTISE AND TAKE A LOT OF MONEY FOR.

Horrible livestream

Low quality 90% of the time the person recording was on the empty side of the court not at all where the ball was it kept going in and out one of the games wasnt even recorded from the beginning. Im pissed and want a refund!!! Oh not to mention I just attemped to call the customer service number and its says the mailbox is full please try to call again later. I sent them an email and we will see what happens with that

Bad/Slow cameras - Horrible customer service
I purchased both Kentucky Run 4 The Roses events July 6th - 11th totalling $100. To date I have only been able to watch 1 complete game, start to finish at both ends of the court. I missed so much scoring and under basket play due to your cameras not being able to keep up with the action. Much of the time a basket has been scored before the camera gets to that end of the court. Numerous other times I'm viewing an empty center court or a referee standing at the scorer's table while the game is in play. Your coverage quality for these 2 events was horrendous to say the least. It didn't seem to matter what court the game was on, with the exception of court 22 which was pulled back to show the whole court at once. That wasn't the best option either being so far away but at least the complete game could be viewed. I would respectfully ask for a refund or at the very least 50% back.

The live feed had a lot of buffering and error messages sent. The angles that the camera had cut off the corners and the free-throw shots. I could not tell if shots were made after they were taken because the angles were so bad.

Live stream not working.
We were able to look at one game fully on Wednesday the 5th at 4pm. Thursday the 6th at 8am we were able to watch the full game.. that same day at 4pm we only were able to watch 29mins and 59 secs..Friday the 7th at 8am we only were able to watch 29mins and 59 secs again.

I could not get livestream to load.
After not getting livestream to load, it was very difficult to get help. The number I called gif customer service went to a different number that had a full voice mail box so I could not get help there. A website it took me to to resolve the problem wanted $1 which I feel is stupid to pay to get help for a service I already paid for. My issue was not resolved.

Livestream will not load. Called customer service, was rerouted through unknown company (pissed off consumer), answering service said mailbox was full and call cannot be answered! Issue not resolved! I only want to watch my granddaughters game!!!

Yes My daughter played tonight at 9:12pm Court 16 Team: MeanStreets and It was Literally NO SOUND of the GAME Ive Emailed 5times ,Gave Information for the people to Review and Still Nothing Happen (If this continues to Happen)I would Just like a Refund Because This is So UNACCEPTABLE .Correct Email Shaydarring89@***.com

I paid for July 6-8 tourney for run for roses classic . It is showing me tourney of last time I purchased through Be the Beast when she played in May of 2023. Please call me back at 931 881 ****.

UPDATE: I received a $15 refund for one of the three games. Not nearly acceptable. While the other games were not of the refs head there was still a significant lack of filming game play but all I got was excuses stating the cameras are AI which means they are improperly programmed. This mess is not what a 70yo Grandmother just trying to watch her grandchilds ball game should have to deal with! I stand by my review! Paid the $50 fee to watch the Yellow Rose of Texas tournament 5/6-7. Absolutely terrible video! Most of the game I got to watch the refs head while he walked in front of the table or just feet on the court. No top of the court at all. No goal posts in the frame. They filmed empty center court circle during free throws and action under and at the goals. I contacted them by email after the first game and got excuses. Game the next day was not much better but on a different court. These people are really bad! I will be calling and emailing to cancel and get a refund tomorrow.

Wrong videos, wrong team names, wrong links, horrible customer service and lies.
Many many many exchanges during game day to try and alleviate problem but no care or support to do so. When prompting for refund, was told to expect after tournament but now being ghosted. Have email thread with support and will be posting to Google reviews, BBB and other services.
