I cannot deposit money
I can get in to my account but with no money in there it is useless, when I try to deposit it asks for my user name and password which it rejects. I must have changed my password at least 5 or 6 times to no avail. it would be nice to talk to a human to get this right

BesHave used Betfair for some time and verified etc in the very beginning. After playing around a week ago had a great win on the slots just over 13k. Went to withdraw and all was fine. An hour later logged in to be told account has been suspended and to upload documents. This has all been done and no response what so ever. Tried live chat multiple times each day just to be told there are no updates and Ill recieve an email. But theres no timeframe on this. So far. No email and no contact what so ever.

Faço apostas exclusivamente com vocês há mais de um ano, e nunca tive problemas, porém no último final de semana dia 06 e 07 de Maio acertei umas apostas mais altas. Até aí tudo bem, porém quando fui fazer o saque "pois faço os saques diariamente" a minha conta estava suspensa. Entrei em contato com o suporte e eles me pediram novamente todas as minhas documentacoes, assim como foi feito no meu cadastro, reenviei novamente todoa doxumentos. CNH motorista, comprovante de endereço minha conta de celular, extratos de todos os meus bancos Bradesco e Nubank, as movimentações, comprovante de transferência em meu nome para a betfair via pix. E mesmo assim estão exigindo um comprovante de residência que não existe, me pediram para ir até o banco e pedir que me enviassem os meus extratos via correios, o banco me disse que esse serviço nenhum banco faz mais faz tempo, não enviam mais esse tipo de documento via correio, hoje em dia é tudo digital. Enviei todos os meus comprovantes via PDF e dentro dos termos de exigência de vocês. Por favor desbloqueiem a minha conta na betfair para eu voltar a ter meus acessos e ao meu dinheiro. Em anexo estou reenviando todos meu comprovantes novamente e peço a gentileza de me levarem em consideração pois estou a bastante tempo na betfair e não tive problemas antes. Inclusive estou enviando até a foto de que fui hoje ao banco falar com o gerente da conta, ele me disse que o banco nunca enviou extrato bancário com endereço do cliente, nem podem fazer isso. Pois a atendente da betfair me pediu um extrato do banco que vinha o meu endereco escrito nele, e não existe.
