I have been to the bank and the bank said the money is with the bet company so I want a reverse of the money
I transferred money using ussd code and the money hasnt been credited to my bet wallet. I have been visiting the bank and their response has been that the money has gone and is with the bet company. The date of the transactions are 24/10/2022 and 13/11/2022 respectively. Since last year I have tried all possible means to get to the customer care but all my effort proves abortive.
