Rental agreement

Won't take back merchandise and harassment on the phone. Website says return any item , they are not telling the truth.

Talk to someone in coporate office

I rented some furniture on the 29th of of June they came with the furniture and I wasn't here so they're not going to give me no furniture and they owe me $204 baby have my money since since the 29th of June and here it is July 13th and I have no refund in my bank or nothing no emails and they refunded my money or nothing I need my money

Update: Nothing has changed in our situation as of yet, no apology or acknowledgement, but no other incidents have occured either.

A new manager to our Bestway store took over a few months ago and lo and behold we start receiving multiple phone calls from Brian. We have had no issues with the previous manager, Mark, he was a very nice person and we always got our account paid up and and took care of. We have had some issues and ups and downs with our paychecks, working in furniture production jobs, but we always make the payment as soon as we can for over a year! But Brian wants to call and ask paying customers if they still even have the merchandise or if we have sold everything and if we are living in our car?! This is just incredulous that you work hard and try to do things the right way and you receive slandering and accusations like these! Not too mention he sends workers to your second job (at a gas station across from our house) to harass and embarrass you some more, trying to show me papers when I have about nine or ten customers in line?! This manager I understand has a job to do but disrespecting honest people is just wrong to me. Sincerely, just trying to do right.

I have emailed and tried to call and theres no way to get through. My phone number is 321 -436**** we had a brand new pool that we bought from you guys we put it up and it already had *** in the liner. My husband tried to fix it but its gotten bigger and it wont be able to be fixed. I need to hear back from you guys cause I emailed you right when we could we bought it. We havent been able to use our pool so I need you to get back with me. Today is May 15, 2023.

Pissed off

I rented a washer and it messed up before the lease was paid off, this was the beginning of summer 2022 when it messed up. They brought another one out that was roach infested!!! Just sent ours off to be fixed march 2023 during this time, I reached out to the Talladega Al store and was told they would send pest control out a few times to spray my home and that I would get a new washer needless to say, this was in January of 2023, and I have YET to see pest control!!!

I need something done ASAP

Im renting a TV and still paying on that item. It went out a week and half ago. I was told I had to make an insurance claim. NLR will charge every card Ive used to make a payment to get theirs without my authorization but cant see to me getting a new 70in TV. Ive paid off a television with this company and if I knew repairing merchandise thats still under a rental agreement was this hard, I wouldve rented from another company. I really need this resolved ASAP!

Poor customer service

Your Pearl, ms location is requiring all customers even those who are coming into make a payment wear masks. There are no local, state, or federal mandates on masks. Was told next time coming in to pay a bill that a mask is required or payment will be refused. Joe from the Pearl location is very rude . You are loosing business because of the masks requirements and your employees. I will go to AArons next door when I need something in the future

Ruin furniture

My name is Latasha Shepard and Ive been trying to reach out to someone to help me with my issue Im having at the Memphis Tennessee location on knight aronald. I purchased a living room sectional that was stretched up upon delivery. I notified the store manager, she set up an appointment for someone to clean it on a Monday but they never showed. She didnt even notify me that no one was coming, after requesting a day off from my job so someone could be there. I called back the next day to see what happened, and her excuse was not my issue, I was expecting a call of something not just put me on hold!! They quick to make call now since I have paid in two weeks!! Called customer care hotline still nothing!! Someone needs to assist me please.

File formal complaint on store

I would like to file a formal complaint on the Midfield store in Alabama. Harassment is an understatement, and Im being denied the ability to pay my bill online. I am receiving calls from managers and other employees PERSONAL PHONES with threats and more harassment.

Unauthorized card charge

Bestway 111 in Mesquite TX stole my rent money by charging my Venmo card illegally! The Bestway account was under my daughters name. I let her use my card to receive payment from her employer because she didnt have a Venmo card at the time. She made one payment to Bestway with the card and specifically told them not to save it. She told them to pick up the rentals before the next payment was due. They waited until payment due date, illegally charged my card, and then picked up the rentals. Very shady business practices and very rude staff! I filed a Venmo dispute and they issued temporary credit. The Venmo dispute claim was denied and they want the money back. Bestway owes Venmo that money. This store has a multitude of negative reviews on the internet!

Very poor customer service

I went in and asked if they had a king size mattress and box spring and was told yes, I filled out my paper work and paid the down payment, then was told that it wouldnt be in for two weeks. After two weeks a mattress and foundation was delivered, I called and said I wanted a box spring and not a foundation, was told that they only have foundations, and Juma Smith told me he would check the store to see if he had two twin box springs so I waited and he came and told me yes, when the box springs was delivered, they was very stained and looks as it had dried blood stains on it so told the delivery guys I will not accept nothing like that. Called the store and asked for Juma but was told he wasnt in. A week later I went to store to talk with Juma and was told he was on vacation and I told the other salesman what the problem was and he apologized and said he would have Juma call me when he gets back from vacation. Never received a call. On the due date for my payment I purposely didnt pay because I knew someone would be calling about my payment. Surely someone called and I told them to come pick up their merchandise because I was going to a different place because I wasnt satisfied. The salesman told me that they would come pick up the merchandise on Thursday at 11am. I get off work early so that I could be home to give them the merchandise and no one ever can or called. Still have it here at my house. I live around the corner from the store so I happened to be driving by the store and saw the same blood stained box springs that they tried to sell me on the side of the street for trash. I did stop and took a picture of it for my complaint as evidence as to what was sent to my home. Been dealing with Bestway for over 30 years and always paid on time but this time it was poor customer service and I will never deal with Bestway again or refer anyone to them.

I told him I will be paying off the merchandise 100% on 7/29/22. He then said he will refuse my payment and he will be back everyday morning, noon and night.
