Bought new pool and linear came apart at the seams on the bottom
Need to know what to do with pool I bought fri 7-28-23 got it home set it up filled up with water. Came back to get in it the seams had busted on the very bottom. Do I need to take it back to walmart

Not very happy with Walmart or Bestway right now and thought everyone should know that I paid full price for a used pool
Walmart in waverly, Ohio sold me one of your pool's that was used and charged me full price and the liner had a pin hole in it and losing water slowly

Pool been big issue yr now
Pool pump too small this Coleman 24x48 Safeway pump & filter it want run long few hours pool keeps algae yr now cant get it clear pool man came get algae out cost me weekly guy come $150 want turn blue Ive scrubbed cleaned vacuumed did everything possible want keep algae out pump too small . Ive called Bestway 3 days no answer nothing . I pd over $1000 this above ground pool its junk

Broken part upon arrival
Sold me a pool marked as Coleman. Called Coleman, they told me that bestway was who actually made the pool. Through an act of Congress and by the grace of God, I finally managed to get someone on the phone. Their bs callback form doesn't work. Calling them directly does not work. Once they've sold you an item, it's impossible to ever reach them again. These jokers are the absolute worst bunch of clown I have ever had to deal with. They don't want to talk to you, they want you to do everything through the website which only allows you to fill out everything just to lag and drop the page after all the info you just put in. Never getting a callback. Absolutely the worst company I've ever had to deal with hands down.put these *** out of business. Do not buy crap from th

Missing parts
The pool arrived with one leg missing. It looks like the box was drug on the ground for half a mile probably causing the leg to fall out. Tried to contact customer service but its impossible to speak with anyone there. It is a circle jerk and they just keep directing me to the website. Customer service support is terrible!

Company doesnt honor warranties !!! We bought this pool in August from Walmart and have assembled it about 3 weeks ago . The pump has quit filtering (stopped working) Pump is 12 months warranty and because we bought it on Clearance they refused to honor the warranty. Id like to know where that statement is in the warranty manual . Very upset !!

No one returning calls or emails
Spa was bad out of box, licenced by Coleman which won't do anything about it, I feel Coleman should also be doing something,as I bought it because of their name on the product. I feel like Coleman and Bestway are both screwing me. Will not recommend either company's products.dont

I have a bestway power steel pool i just bought and water pump is damage
i had made an oreder for a rectangler bedtwat power steel pool size 24x12 i installed everything and once i try to start the water pump it did not work y tried doing the test didnt work and i tried to restart and it still didnt work but ehat i did notice was when all boxes were delivered to my house the box where the water pump came in it was damage as well i teally do t know if that box was drop or something happened to it and now my problem is that my water pump jist dont work for nothing

No skimmer, the intake is 28" from the floor of the pool and the outlet is 32" from the bottom of the pool. This is supposed to be a 18' X 48" and if that's the case it could only be filled to 28". Poor idea for a pool, how am I supposed to get the bugs off the top of the water? If you pay me for the pool plus the water used to fill up then I will get me a good pool! I can't believe you even sell these with no skimmer.

Just hope parts needed are available soon. Thanks oh pool is great Tree fell collapsed poles and liner was torn the product is very good we just havent been able to use it not that its your fault Ive used Bestway products before and never had a problem thats why Im back. So please see what can be done to expedite replacement parts

I bought the SaluSpa Hollywood AirJet Inflatable Hot Tub for my husband. It sat in the box for eight months until we could build a concrete patio for it. It was amazing for about 5 months, then it started leaking at the pump. Even though it is out of warranty, I've tried to call the customer service number to try and get a troubleshooting session or order a new part, but the calls are dropped after clicking the different prompts. I have searched the internet, and there are hundreds of complaints about the pump leak and the dropped calls. I am terribly disappointed. I have notified Walmart of the situation and requested that they check into this and see if this is the type of customer service they want to have for the products they carry.

I purchased my spa through target online. I blew up the spa and filled it up. I noticed air was leaking. Took me 3 days to find the leak. No patch kits given worked. I filled up the air everyday. Went online to do warranty claim, said it was submitted but its not listed under my profile. Tried 6 more times to submit but it said it was already done. Tried to talk to the chat box but the kept referring me to the warranty claim section. Tried to call and it did the same thing. I did not touch the area where there was a leak when I blew up the spa so it came like this. There has to be another leak somewhere that I cant find. This is ridiculous as I spent a lot of money on this but have to blow it up everyday.

Coleman saluspa pump is bad
No my issue has not been resolved my pump is leaking somewhere and flooded my garage it is only my second year to use it and was put in storage for the summer I would like a new pump or buy a used one or something if not I just wasted 600$ and that is just a waste of money if I only got one winter out of it bought it off of amazon
