Not a complaint..it's a good company!
I bought four very large woven wood shades from this company (Bestblinds.com) a few years ago. The shades are very nice and the price was amazingly low. I have had only two problems. Both times the customer service was very friendly and easy to reach by phone. Both times they sent me replacement parts for free. Once one of the parts had broken, but in the other case, it wasn't even their product's fault (our puppy chewed up some wooden pulls!). I think the blinds are of very nice quality and construction, and the customer service is perfect. Plus, I had lost record of my purchase since it had been several years, but they found my record easily. I read a review from that unhappy customer and decided to write this so that both types of experiences are represented. Robin in Boston
