The customer service is friendly and quick
This is the second time I have used them to move and both experiences were great! The customer service is friendly and quick to respond. I was contacted within an hour of asking for an estimate. The whole set-up process went smoothly. When the movers came in and introduced themselves and they gave an estimate as to how much time it would take to move everything (they were within 30 minutes of the estimate). They were hard working and courteous. They always asked if anything was fragile (if it didn't say on the box) and treated our possessions like their own. Definitely would use them again in the future.

Fantastic Service!!
Very happy with the Service they provided, they delivered high quality packing materials exactly when expected. On the moving day I could not believe how quickly they were able to empty the house giving us time to focus on the cleaning. At the other end there had been issues with access to the property, they guys were happy to help and wait till things where resolved and again they got our things in very quickly to the correct rooms and put the furniture together for us. As a team they were a great bunch of guys and happy to help wherever they could. They're were no complaints about staircases or the fact we were on the second floor, they just got on with. A great job all round.

I would like to say thank you for the wonderful removal service we have received from them. The guys arrived exactly on time and started to work right away. They were a little bit surprised how much stuff i had but said it is OK and worked hard for an hour to load the van. We then traveled to my new flat and I was very happy to hear that the guys did not mind that I was moving on the third floor. An hour and a half later after the hardest work I had ever seen the movers were done. All my stuff including my furniture was moved in without a scratch! I have got nothing but admiration's for the company which rightly called themselves "Best". They thoroughly deserve it.

Your service was always punctual, and professional, and took a lot of the stress out of moving, which is one of life's most stressful experiences. Professional, friendly staff and very well organised. My experience with this company was fabulous. They gave me so much ease and comfort and did all my moving on their own. Nothing was scratched or damaged. I would only use them if I ever need removals service again. They were wonderful; very friendly, professional, and fast! Our entire office also was moved in one day, and it saved us so much time to have the great help. I hope we never have to move again, but if we do, I know who I'll be calling for help.

They have been brilliant. I've forgot to mention some pieces of furniture when I have given the initial quote, but on the day they haven't charged me even a penny more for that. I was impressed. Great communication all the way through. Team have arrived on time,have been very friendly especially with my kits. All my belongings have been professionally packed.I have a 300 bottles,wine collection have been handled with care, all are on the shelf in my new home now. I can not recommend enough this company. A friend have moved over the weekend using there service and she have been happy too.Price was good,not the cheapest but was worth.

The guys were great from beginning to end. They arrived as promise, will prepared, courteous and ready to work. They packed carefully and efficiently and were attentive to our need. The job proceeded as expected and we proceeded to our destination in a timely fashion. When we arrived everything was unloaded, also, carefully and efficiently. When presented with moving a challenging piece, where many would have quit, they persisted in a creative, fashion, using initiative to solve the problem. If you need movers, these will be your guys!!
If i can give them 10 star rating I would (too bad it only has 5 stars). We were moving 40 mins away from Jersey City and I was worried because it was only my wife that would be taking care of the moving ( i have to go to work :( ) . They called me before 9am that they are coming. At 9 sharp they were already outside. The guys are not too big but surprisingly they carried the boxes swiftly and they didn't waste any time to haul all boxes to their truck. My Wife was amazed on how professional and quick these guys are. All i can say is wow, i am very pleased. If you need movers, these will be your guys!!

Moving in the city is a nightmare, until I came across NY minute movers. The end of the month was just a few weeks away and I had to move asap. Weary of trusting a moving company with my personal belongings, I went ahead and made a call to schedule my move despite my reservations. Once moving day arrived they came right on time with great attitudes to get the job done. Not shy to crack a few jokes they moved quickly and precisely, I had made the right choice with booking them for my move. I have nothing but good things to say. Will definitely be using them for my next move!

I have moved several times in my life and have always recruited family members and friends to give a helping hand. This time around I decided it may be worth the extra money to try and see how we liked using a moving company. The guys from them just left - and it was worth EVERY penny. It probably took us 3 times the amount of time to move into our place that it took them to wrap everything, move it out and get everything to our new place. They were quick, communicative and caring. I can honestly say the stress level of this move has been drastically decreased because of their professionalism. The paperwork is straight forward and the fixed pricing we got allowed us to not worry about movers moving slowly to add time to the clock. I am happy to recommend them to anyone moving - they will be used in our next move and as well within our old apartment as our Super will be receiving their business card.

My cross-country move from NYC to LA move was quite complicated and potentially stressful. I needed packing and delivery from my home for four different locations. He was not hesitant about my situation at all. He handled everything with professionalism and warmth and understanding. When I kept changing my mind about what would go where, he came back to keep me calm and focused. Every team that I worked with in NYC did whatever needed to be done in an organized, timely and friendly fashion. All of my dealings with them were patient and immediate. On the LA end, everything went more smoothly than I expected. What a relief! I recommend this company without reserve.

My first time utilizing a moving company and everything went great! The scheduling process over the phone went smoothly, and he took all of my information on the first call and had us scheduled for the move. They were able to help us with our special move as we were moving overseas, and we required everything to be loaded in a 20' shipping container that was 4' off the ground. They had all of the equipment and materials to safely load our valuable belongings. All of our appliances and furniture were wrapped in blankets and plastic for extra safety. The items later arrived overseas in the same condition that they were loaded in! They are good to go!

Great Experience
We used them to move from Phoenix, AZ, to Santa Barbara, CA. He and his team of movers made moving so much easier and less stressful. They packed the entire 2 bedroom condo in boxes and loaded the boxes and furniture in 2 hours! And they even labeled the contents on each box. The truck arrived at our Santa Barbara home early the next day. They delivered everything in great condition! All of the movers were friendly and a pleasure to work with and the price was reasonable. Our move was planned less than a week in advance, and he did everything he could to schedule us in at the last minute. We would highly recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again.
