*** no service scam

Same thing happened to me that happened to a lot of the other people. Ordered, kept getting email run around that order was coming. Never got it, after a very long time they stopped replying to my emails and now it almost looks like they went out of business. Not sure what else to do, don't know why I haven't given up yet, should just realize it's never gonna happen and move on I guess. Looked like it would have been a great product if they had just honored the sale - probably nothing can be done now. This wants a hundred words to post and I really don't have anything else to add, just trying to get to the 100 word mark now.

Watch Your Bank Account If You Order From These Crooks

After repeated requests to this company initially regarding when I would receive my order, and then repeated requests for a refund of my shipping charges when it was obvious I wasn't going to be receiving my order; not only did I not get the collars I ordered from these bottom dwellers, my bank account was breached not long after. My bank closed the account and then alerted me to the breach. Thankfully I used an account to place the order that I use for online ordering only, which contained limited funds, to guard against this very thing. It would be nice if the sites that allow companies to advertise on them would do better diligence on screening those companies. I don't know if they are still soliciting orders but don't waste your time or money.

My Handi Key Review

Ordered in May 2016. It's now September 2016. They gave me a "tracking number" that shows product was shipped in July- hasn't moved since July!

Best Pet Parent Safe Glow LED Collar

I have had 3 dogs die since I ordered these collars. Its really heart breaking that you would rip people off like this!! I paid for 4 of these collars and never got them, they are a rip off do NOT order from these people!! I really hope they make this right but from I what I see I am not they only one who got taken advantage of!! I really don't have anything more to say so I don't understand why this needs to be 100 words! Its plain and simple these people ripped me off and dozens of other people also. I just want my review to be seen so it does not happen to anyone else!!

Scam Artists

I ordered a pet pedicure unit, which was "free" provided that you paid $7.95 for shipping. It is now one year later and I still have not received my order. I sent them an email about a month after the item was supposed to arrive and I was informed that they were back ordered and should arrive by the end of July 2015. I sent a number of emails since then and they won't even respond to me. Beware of this company because they don't seem to feel the need to honor their commitments, but they are very quick to take your money from you. I still want my pet pedicure!

*** Poor Company for taking folks money

Ordered dog collars on 9/5/15 , credit card was charged that same day , never got items in the mail... Scammers.... WOW Taking hard working Peoples Money SCAMMERS . This item was on Facebook. I have now learned my lesson I will not buy anything off of Facebook anymore. just never thought they would put dogs and cats in the mix of there scams... wow Never in my ;life did i think... it was only 19.99 But, add together all the people that never got there product and this person made MillIONS from Hard working americans like me....

Total Scam!

Never received the product (collars) and they refused refund. They need to be prosecuted! I have email back and forth to prove that they owe me and WON'T pay or provide a product. Led Collar Review

They never gave me my product nor did they refund me and wouldn't answer my facebook messages

No product, No response to phone, or emails.

I ordered two LED collars from these crooks a year ago. I never received the product. I have called and left messages several time with no response. I have emailed them also several times with no response. I was billed $7.95 and paid by credit card. I guess it's time to contact my bank. I would suggest steering clear of this company:(( Note: I will also contact the BBB, and my state attorney general's office. I will return later to give you all a follow up. I will not rest until I get these shysters.

Great scam

i have received and sent so many emails trying to get the merchandise i ordered but here it is a year later and nothing but extreme anger at myself for getting scammed out of 8$, what a fool i am. but somehow hopefully someone will catch up to sobs who stole not mine but alot of other peoples money. thought this was too good to be true and i was right but i learned my lesson facebook should be made aware of these scams as they happen. so as to take action against there ads on there sight

Beware I Paid but never received

Ordered pet collar over a year ago they took my money but never shipped, emailed many times. Their response... ''I apologize for the lack of communication on our end. I've checked our system and see that your order was affected by an error made by our shipping company. We have since found a new shipping provider and have submitted your order to be reshipped to you correctly. Our shipping provider estimates you should receive your order by the 24th of this month. As this just an estimate, it may arrive a few days before or after that. HandyKey Rip Off!

I ordered a HandyKey on December 11, 2015 and have not received my product as of February 20, 2016. I have contacted the company twice (January 16, 2016 and February 17, 2016), only to be told the order would ship "next week". My last email contained a request for a refund, but I was told they are unable to process refunds. This company is nothing more than a rip off that preys on animal lovers. Luckily, the experience "only" cost me $25. I can guarantee that I will not be recommending them and will leave as many bad reviews on every site they turn up on.

Never got my order-Free Handy Key

I ordered the Free Handy Key, (Buy one get one free) Never received my order. This was placed on August 31, 2015 and we are now on January 18, 2016… NOT happy… Been trying to get in contact with them and nothing. I will send them one more email and see what happens. Plus they sneak in a page that you hit order for more *** and you can't remove it… Had to send them an email and call my bank to make sure I didn't get charged $100 for something I didn't want.

Ripped Off

I fell for this *** deal!!! I ordered 2 of their so called deals and have yet to this date to receive the product or a refund!!!! I ordered the colors on March 5th, 2015 and it is now December 10th, 2015. They have since deleted their Facebook page so you can't get in touch with them!!!!!!!!! Where did they move to or did they just pack up shop and just disappear??? I am usually very leery of deals like this but it seemed legit and when I messaged them they answered me to begin with. They began to not answer back in May, 2 months after I placed my order. I have learned a lesson the hard way, if i sounds to good to be true it probably is a rip off!!!!
