Been waiting three months for a roof, went in on Wednesday 6/5 they said they would be here Friday,today….still waiting. Headed to the secretary of state’s office, then to my attorney!

Did a clean job, thankful I met them.
Had a hail storm. One of the guys lives in the neighborhood and I see him everyday. I flagged him down and he inspected my roof. Got insurance to pay for my whole roof. That was a Saturday he inspected. Was approved by mid week. Couple weeks later was scheduled. Fellas installed the roof in a day and a half. House looks dang brand new if you ask me. They did a great job. Good clean up. Did exactly what they said they would do. I would recommend.

The offered me a tarp if Id let them give me a bid on my roof. They tarped part one day, the tarp person told the crew I needed more tarp but did not tell me himself. My roof had sustained more damage while waiting. They lied about knowing the man who tarped. Over $3,000.00 I am out because tarp man put it in his pocket. He was not one of their contractors! Canceled twice. Very shoddy paperwork that I am fighting to get showing the final cancellation.

They made me miss work for three days. Didn't our roof correct! They keep begging for more money. They will call and say their going to call our insurance...I'm waiting anond they still haven't!! I told our insurance they said no deductible was needed, but their still harassing us. Their SCAMMERS.

I was visited by Tevin and Ethan L trying to convince me I need my roof reviewed for Hurricane damage.
Ethan was training, according to Tevin. Tevin did all the talking. Said he could see hurricane damage to our roof. (We haven't had a hurricane in years.) He said he saw nail pops in our roof. I went out and looked after they left. I'm an experienced repairman, and did not see any roof nail pops. These guys are real scam artists. They work out of 5421 Old Pool Road in Raleigh. Why are they in Cary? No real answer. I think Tevin thought because I'm a gray hair he could snow me. DO NOT be fooled by these guys.

Bad workmanship
Over a month and shingles not laying flat. Promised they would be laying flat in the next few days by 3 different rep's from Best Choice Roofing.on 3 different visits. Worst customer service ever.

very upset by the fact it took them forever to get here to do the roof. the county inspector has not been here and i can tell you the roof did not make it a week done August 17th we had rain and it leaked through out my house and a new leak in my daughters room now. he did send the crew out here and the did some patching that is not good enough. and the crew brought their inspector and advised us the whole roof needs to be redone and of course matt had them do some patching and it is totally ridiculous that a brand new roof leaks through out the whole house they put nails in rotten wood. this is totally unsatisfied I paid them in good faith, my new roof did not even last a week. I do NOT to speak to Matt at Bestchoice in Pensacola again this roof has a guarantee of 1 year labor and 5 year on the roof i would like a good crew sent here or just give me my money back as i have already check with or contractors and even they say the roofers did a very poor job. oh yes and roofers that was out here stated their hands are tied as 'Matt' would have to get the new supplies and all he did tell them to patch and cover with a tarp which is totally outrageous either get a better crew out here and fix my roof right or give me all my money back!

Best Choice Roofing took 4 months to complete a roof project that should have taken only 3 days. They managed to break our soffits and dent our fascia beyond repair. When they finally put new soffits and fascia, they reinstalled our drip edges but several of them were dented when they changed out the fascia and soffit. When they came back to replace all our dented drip edge they managed to once again dent our new fascia's and again broke our soffit near the front entrance of our door. Their production manager went out of his way recently to fix all the problems with our house and he did a great job. However I had issues with two of the fascia's that were scratched and peeled showing silver spots. These fascia's are near the entrance way to the front door so very visible to anyone entering the front door. I was told that the two fascia's would be cleaned so I could see if there were any more scratches or peels. This was not done so I could not see the extent of the damage. So from looking at it without it being cleaned I thought everything was 100% done. However after two days of rain the fascia was clean and I saw some more scratches and silver spots that I did not see earlier. The production manager told me he would also touch all this up. The issue is there will be so much touch up paint now that I asked for the two fascia's to be changed due to it being tacky which he told me that can't be done since I signed the work order that everything was done 100%. However the two fascia's were never fully clean like the production manager told me would be done so I never could clearly see the full extent of the surface damage before signing the work order. Had it been cleaned like I was told I could have acted on getting the fascia changed due to the extent of the surface damage. I have posted the pictures of the two new (yes new) fascia's here so everyone can see. You be the judge and review the posted pictures up close and you be the judge if these look like new fascia's. It is incredibly sad. It seems Best Choice Roofing does not want to replace out these two new fascia's because they would have to get another work order and it would cost them. It’s not either of our fault but in the best interest of the customer and to make him/her happy they should have gone ahead and rectified this. Since it appears I will have to go through another company just to replace these two fascia’s and spend additional $$$ on top of the almost $12,000 my insurance company and I paid Best Choice Roofing, in my final review I have to give this company a mere 1 star across the board. They went out of their way to fix everything they did wrong which I appreciate. However in the end if you take a look at the pictures of the two fascia's I posted, you would agree that it should be replaced due to the extent of the damage and simply using touch up paint will make it even look more tacky. Some of those pictures already have touch up so you can see for yourself. Its so messed up when you look at the pictures that I posted. It is terrible customer service when a company is worried more about the cost of the work order then making there customer fully satisfied.
