For Gods sake can you reply to my request? Your customer service is absolutely the most difficult & not user friendly. Communication with your company is extremely difficult because the number on my AmEx bill listed 786-558-**** as your contact number. I called that number & was told I had the wrong # As a senior communication is vital but you do not have this service & after all my efforts you still have not addressed my request

Just late in shipment.i place order February 20th ..was delayed in shipping..it was my.weddimg photos .. I was concern I hadn't received them yet ..used your service 3 times before had no problems with them . I had good help.from customer service support was great help to me . Still no response from their company. Not having telephone support really stinks. Unless something drastic happens I would not do business with these guys.

Missing order
I have never received my order. Please reship ASAP. I need by OCTOBER 8/21. I have ordered from you many times and never had a problem. But now that I do, I hit a stone wall. I cannotget a hold of anyone and I cannotget my order.I am totally frustrated. The product is excellent. The price is right. The customer service stinks. Smarten up.

The towel was great. With the main purchase, the issue is that the canvas was not pulled tight enough and it has a crease in the middle. The secondary purchase has the icon from the phone that can enlarge the picture. I feel the company should have made sure that didnt show.

Didnt talk to anybody yet trying to get through to customer service and Im having a problem dont have the right number I guess My number is 516-581-**** somehow I got to the same pictures I only ordered one unless I made a mistake

TWICE DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER WITH NO ANSWER BACK
TWICE I SENT PICTURES TO BESTCANVAS FOR MY DAUGHTER IN LAW FOR A GIFT TO HER HUSBAND. THEY WERE RECEIVED SMALL AND NOT WHAT WE ORDERED. THIS HAPPENED TWICE. I SENT THREE EMAILS TO THE COMPANY AND NEVER, NEVER GOT A RESPONSE.
