Avoid Magic Molina in your purchase.

To anyone buying equipment avoid Magic Molina the "Sales Manager". I was pre-approved and ready to make a deal to purchase Cam-Am Outlander Max XT for $12,200 out the door from their original price $13,000(a few dollars more). I told Magic and Mark and another gentleman that helped us I had to leave to pickup my kids from school and I will call back to finalize the deal (We did arrived on time for the kids). After picking up my kids from school, I call back and requested to speak with Magic and told him I was ready to make the deal he offer for $12200. He mentioned, "I'll call you back, I have to check with the owner". Magic called me a few minutes later and said, "The original offer was when you were here at the store and now is off the table and you can purchase the ATV for $12600"(More or less the amount). Magic knows I'm ready to buy and pre-approved. I had to leave for a legit reason and for him to take advantage of the high demand low supply of equipment is not right. Needless to say, I purchased the motorcycle a few hours later at MOTO UNITED in Alhambra. Magic, if what i wrote is incorrect, feel free to reach out and correct me. AVOID MAGIG MOLINA IN YOUR PURCHASE. This guy will try to take as much as you let him.

No good

Don't buy won't stand by the warranty

Tail light warranty

Bert's is great at giving lip service to sell a vehicle, and great about lying about coverages of extended warranties "bumper-to-bumper everything warranty, even after market parts". But when you take it in for repair, they gouge the customer by charging $225 PER item you want looked at for repair!!! $225 to look at the electrical issue. $225 to look at the suspension issue. $225 to look at the engine issue. Really? How about $225 to look at the whole thing and tell me what would be covered and would not be. You have been in this business a long time and have thousands of vehicles passing through there. You also know all the warranty companies, and what they will OK for claims and what they won't. Start being transparent and honest and stop trying to gyp the customer. The best part? When I loaded it up, it seemed "cold". But when I went to drive it, it would not move forward! The engine was laboring! There was nothing wrong with the gears or belt when I dropped it off. Turns out, I replaced the belt and everything is fine again. Where they hot-rodding it around in the back? Who knows, but it sure seems odd that suddenly there is a belt issue. It doesn't end there: We had a severe rainstorm and so I couldn't pick up my machine on Saturday. So they left it outside in the rain!!! I have electrical components in the machine (radio) and they should have told me that they were going to expose it to the rain! I have a cover that I could have left with them!!

The salesman and the managers have no integrity

I bought a 19 foot Scarab there which actually I didn't my wife did I want in the morning and put $100 deposit on it so my wife can look at it the afternoon because you was at work and I work nights but the first thing I did was ask Nick to salesperson since they're discontinuing servicing these boats would I be able to have my vehicle worked on there would they be able to honor any warranty problems I have and he said yes no problem whatever work I need done bring it in Kevin the assistant sales manager advised the same thing well this isn't true Tom irritated cuz now I'm honey down a business that wants to work on the scary because I have 5 hours on it and it quit running on me in the middle of the lake and all I get from them is well you're going to have to pay for it then deal with the warranty company and this is why the question was asked before I bought it from Bert's is why I asked Nick my wife confirmed it with Kevin and then when I had a problem and brought it in cuz I was concerned about something they said oh we don't work on these no more I would have never bought the boat there the salespeople the managers the assistant managers and Marine manager Curtis none of them have any integrity at all the only one that I thought had Integrity with Steve but then he went on vacation and I never heard from him again so they make a long story short cuz I could go on Bert's don't care about their customers they don't care about problems that they create all they care about is lying to get you to buy the like when Nick told my wife when she went in that evening to look at it that I already purchased it that she just needed to sign the papers that's why I gave him a deposit which actually I gave him a deposit so she was able to come look at it because I was going to be at work once again no integrity all we care about is the bottom dollar all he cared about is his commission or whatever he makes and all the managers cared was to get that boat out of their shop and now I'm stuck with a boat that I'm really not happy with thanks for taking my $36,000 in cash and ripping me off yes that's right I paid 36000 and some odd dollars in cash and this is how Bert's treat their customers they got their cash and they said see you later I will never buy another thing from that store he could be the last boat dealership in the world and I'll blow up my boat before I buy another product from them they disgust me and they discuss how they treat me how they treat people and how they stayed in business this long is beyond me because I was upfront honest told him how I felt from the beginning and they did not give a damn

*Bert's Is A Rip Off When It Comes To Service*

Back in June of 2016 I purchased a pre-owned 2016 Polaris Razor 1000 Turbo from Bert's Mega Mall with 8.2 hours on it which is equivalent to 480 miles, about 8 months after purchasing my Razor (February 2017) Polaris issued a recall on the Turbo 1000 Razors for a overheating issue so I took the vehicle back to Bert's Mega Mall for the warranty work they installed a larger fan / larger frog skins and a shim kit in the clutch all free of charge then 10 months later (December 2017) while I was out in Glamis my vehicle seemed to have suffered a slight loss of power so I took it to Bert's I purchased a extended warranty at the time when I purchased the vehicle the service adviser really seemed like a nice guy at the time I dropped off my vehicle then everything changed this guy wouldn't return any of my phone calls I'd call this guy sometime 5-6 times a day only to get the same response from the secretary that either he's with a customer or he's on the other phone line so after several failed attempts I decided to drive over to Bert's only to hear how sorry this guy was for not getting back to me in a timely manner so we sat at his desk and went over their findings of my vehicle and he mentioned that the computer showed that my vehicle had overheated at some point but they couldn't say when it overheated then he informed me that the technician wrote in his report that my engine was seized so I asked him how can you have a vehicle that came in running and driving my engine didn't have a knocking sound or anything it just had a slight loss of power I drove it off the trialer over to the service drive and the service adviser even started my vehicle but in the beginning he stated when I first dropped it off that "he felt/thought my problem was clutch related" but now their telling me that my vehicle sat in their service dept and the engine seized from sitting for 5 days but he reassured me not to worry that I did have a good warranty plan with "PPP" and that the whole entire car would be covered and that all they had to do was send in a request for repairs and all they would need from me is a signature giving Bert's permission to pull the motor because the warranty company would want a more in depth break down so I signed it then 2 weeks later I get a phone call from the service department stating that my claim was denied because my problem was caused by a overheating issue like I explained to the service advisor my vehicle never overheated on me, mind you this was a vehicle that pre-owned originally it had 8.2 hours on it which is 480 miles at the time I purchased it June 2016 maybe it overheated prior to me purchasing the vehicle then I was told by the service adviser that there's really no way of knowing when it overheated because once there's a overheating code stored into the computer they can't clear it out so long story short I was stuck with a bill from Bert's for their mechnic labor rate for the break down of my engine which wasn't cheap so now I have a $30,000 Polaris Razor with a engine that's in a million pieces and the crazy part is my service advisor knew that this warranty company has a clause in their contract stating they do not honor warranty claims caused by overheating "Gee Thanks Bert's Mega Mall" you guys really know how to screw your customers over!

They never fail to disappoint!

They made me walk away on a $9500 deal and kept calling me what if you pay cash instead of CC, what if you pay an extra $100, what if we split tax, what if this and that, Now i'm a happy owner of the same exact bike for $9300 from another dealer. They never fail to disappoint, they're that good! I live literally less than 2 miles away from them and have purchased 7 brand new bikes within the past 4 years, however, none from them, you never see the same salesperson working there for more than 3 months, and yet surprises me how they still keep their doors open! Don't get me wrong I don't wish them to close because I use them as a shopping catalog for my next bike purchase due to their mass assortment :) I feel sorry for the salespeople that work there, I'm sure they're all on 1099's.

They will tell him Market you

I gave their salesperson (Gyade 909 282 ****) my phone number so he could quote me on a motorcycle. Within days, I got a telemarketing call from a Florida phone number wanting me to answer a survey on Bert's Mega Mall. If you value your privacy as I do, do not give them any of your personal information. My personal information is NOT a commodity.

Do not buy a wave runner here

They were happy to sell me a new Yamaha Wave Runner and extended warranty (I thought it was a manufacture warranty, but it was not) and now that it needs repairs they don't return calls or want anything to do with me. Very disappointed in my purchase and lack of service from Berts Mega Mall. I did everything that I was supposed to do, purchased a floating dock, cleaned it out after every use and babied this thing and now I'm finding that that is not enough. I thought I would have this for at least 10 but I'm going to sell it now (after only 3 years) after the $1800 repair to replace the impeller that they said was corroded. There is something wrong when it corrodes this quickly and it is supposed to be used on the water. You know that feeling when you do everything that you are supposed to do and you still get screwed. That's been my experience with my (very expensive) 2013 Yamaha Wave Runner purchase at Berts Mega Mall. Save yourself the grief unless you have service it yourself. I wish I had seen the similar reports (online) of what I'm experiencing before I made this purchase. Be aware.

Berts Mega Mall Bicycle Repair Review from La Salle, Colorado

I have had bad vibes from a friend of mine and found out that your company service and communication sucks! He needed a tire for his bike and because it was over 10 years old you would not touch it! I feel that this is a crock of *** and you need to review your policy and work with anyone's bike no matter what the problem or age. He removed the tire and took it to you and when he returned 2hours after the promised time the service tech said "oh I thought you needed it tomorrow" it took another hour plus to install new tire on the rim for him. I have changed my tire with hand tools in less time what is your problem? I care to know.

Overpriced + Bait & Switch

Berts Mega Mall staff are the kings of deception. They advertise a bike at a ridiculously low price then add on a pile of fees after you drive over there which ends up bringing your "OUT THE DOOR" price higher than their competitors. The YZ85 my son was soooo excited to finally get went from $1995 to over $3300. I couldn't afford to go that high & looking at my sons face left an impression on me that will last a lifetime. 0 heart or integrity at this mega store. You have to look at Berts like Vegas , it was built on a lot of good people loosing their ***. There are NO deals at Berts Mega Mall ""PERIOD"". Please , always get your OTD price before you drive or attempt to buy from any dealer & if you are financing a toy "NEVER" give anyone your ID or SS# until "AFTER" you have a signed purchase order. This eliminates all the issues most of these negative write ups are complaining about.

Worst service ever!!!!

I bought a 2015 can am spider from bergs new. I came to burts service dept. to have the radio control module repaired. After looking at it I was told they would need to order the part and it would take about a week for it to come in. After 3 weeks of waiting I called the service department and was told they never ordered the part. When the part came in I made an appointment for 9 am and was told it would take 2 hours for the fix and change the oil. Well I got here at 9 and now it's 3 pm and they can't tell me when it will be ready. Very unhappy. And they said the oil change was $ 195.00. Just found out an oil change at Whittier fun center is only $60.00 plus parts. I am so done with this place!!!!
