Ripping Off Consumers for Years

I'm just one of several hundred a year of consumers ripped off by this company. You need to report this to the Federal Trade Cimmission.

Never got the product, no live person to speak to, no refund. There is no phone number to call and you get an auto reply when you send an email.

You need to report this to he FTC who is responsible for online shopping. The more people that report this website the faster it gets addressed! You also need to report this to your credit card company as an unauthorized charge. My bank reimbursed me. Lesson #1, FCC

Purchase order confirmation

Awaiting my purchase order number and confirmation for my purchase. People be aware, I have ordered three dresses from berry Look paid £85.43. I am still waiting for my confirmation of purchase. Seems they cannot find my order, however my money was taken. Now I am seeking legal advise on how to get my money back. Stay clear from this company.

I was calling to check on my order status, but l couldn’t get any response. The call sent me to a sign in page no help at all. How do you check on your order status, you have my money ?

Only received two items out of 8 items the items. The two items are too small. Try to call give you a number thats busy always. Bad customer service spending my order total over two hundred dollars

Underpayment

I ordered a coat. It took too long to get delivered. I received my money back from PayPal. Then the coat came, I needed to issue new payment but t there isnt a decent way to contact them. So I sent a money ordered to Hong Kong which is the mailing address. But emailing them or calling them was a nightmare. Even when you try to write them on their comment page, nothing goes thru.

Bought coat Nov.17,2022. Over 2 mo.& nothing, fake track #'s, repeat letters" be patient". SCAM...DONT ORDER, You will lose your money!.g

They took my money out, when ordered coat Nov.17, 2022 and over 2 months...no coat.Gave fake track numbers, told ME to call post offices( which I did & nothing. Keep receiving same response:. sent out, track #, & be patient. This is such a bad scam, nothing but lies. AND DON'T USE PAYPAL, THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU GET YOUR MONEY BACK!!!

My coat

E222**** Im not happy firstly I ordered November 27 and I just got my coat today secondly its not the color I ordered or the size I ordered. I ordered a grey and its a brown color I ordered medium and its a large and it doesnt look like the picture at all, Im worried I wont ever receive a refund bc of how long it took too receive the coat..I will never order from this company again. Resolved: Website not working

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. Eventually, the orders went through.

I received an email apology to let me know items were on the way, and they would be fixing their website and looking into it. This took many weeks. I have since received my order, and their technology process is still lagging as I receive two emails still responding from the first time lol.

Eventually it gets looked into, takes a VERY LONG time then duplicated responses. No lost money but be very careful in tracking it!.

I keep processing payment through PayPal, and your website will not complete the transaction. Attempting to reach Customer Service and even though I am typing the code and write it keeps saying code validation error. What is going on with your website?
