I did not receive 2 magazines with my pistol like you are supposed to and it came with a voucher that I followed.

And after months of not receiving the 2 magazines I was promised with my official Beretta voucher, I emailed them multiple times and called them multiple times, always being on hold for 30+ mins and after a year I STILL haven't got the issue resolved. It is so *** of a company to make a promise and then not hold up on that promise!

Brushed off by customer service department

I have been a Beretta customer for 35 years. My sons, brother-in-laws & myself have purchased conservatively $100,000 of guns & clothing from Beretta. I called about problems with a $100 sweater which is my 4th sweater of its kind. Have never had an issue with any product in 35 years. Have never complained about a Beretta product in 35 years. I was basically told to go F!! myself by the customer service rep Unbelievable! Beretta has just lost 8 of my family members & every client I have a conversation with for the next 10 years. UNBELIEVABLE!!!

Need a manual for an a 300 ultra patrol

All guns should have a manual with it. I take my manuals with me when I go on hunting and on shooting trips just in case I need to clean or need to take the gun a part because of malfunctioning problems. Its actually a safety peace of the gun. Thank you

Not sucessful in getting service not once but twice

I had a recall on air bags on passenger side. First time I came in no part. Second time no time to get to the car in that day . I was pissed. Now I am getting messages my car is complete no money is due. They feel like they are off the hook. I am still pissed. I am calling the recall people so they know how recalls are being handled. Take care of this will ya.

Poor warranty service

New out of box issues with scope mounting screws in receiver. At least 4 to 6 weeks turn around time.thus us b... S... On a new rifle.service sucks.bever make this mistake again on any Beretta product.my issue is with a Tikka t3x.

Buongiorno, mi chiamo Georgiadis Stavros e ho acquistato un fucile A400 XTREME PLUS con numero MA024423 e numero di canna WB 077242. il fucile è stato acquistato il 21-07-2022 e dopo poco si è riscontrato che la canna del fucile è muovendosi da destra a sinistra. L'ho inviato a BERETTA HELLAS l'8-3-2023 e mi hanno risposto che è così che trema questo modello e me l'hanno rispedito. dopo tutto questo sono andato in un negozio ad atene e ho visto da vicino tre fucili identici e nessuno si muoveva.non sono contento del servizio della BERETTA HELLAS e vorrei che il fucile fosse sostituito con uno nuovo.grazie mille tanto. Customer service

Can someone at Sako please tell me why after placing an order for a Bavaria 85 .223 over one year ago with Beretta Australia through a Melbourne gun dealer will NOT be honoured by the Sako company. This was supposed to be a 21st birthday present that will not eventuate according to Beretta. THIS IS SIMPLY NOT GOOD ENOUGH AND WILL NOT DO THEIR INTERNATIONAL REPUTATION ANY respect.

Worst customer service ever and subpar product....

Beretta has the worst customer service on the planet. They had my A400 Xtreme for warranty repair for over 6 months. I sent it in because the coating on the receiver began to blister and peel within days after I bought it. The coating on the barrel is not durable at all. I tried repeatedly to contact them by phone (nobody ever picks up), chat (never connects to a rep), email (never responded). When they finally sent the gun back to me they did not notify me they were shipping it. I was out of town. I was also never notified that it was returned to them because there was nobody home to receive it. I did not learn of this until three weeks after it was returned. I finally got someone in customer services after nearly an hour on hold. I had waited that long before a couple of times but gave up. It took them almost a month for them to ship it back and again they did not notify me they had shipped it. The box must have been dropped in shipping because the guide rods on the action were jammed down into the receiver. I spent another hour on hold to get this straightened out and was told someone would get back to me in three days. Crickets. Nobody called me. I did not even wait for the call. I took the gun to my local shop and they put it back into working order but noted the plastic tab on fore end stock had broken off. It is pretty flimsy plastic. Instead of dealing with their warranty department and customer service horror show again I just went ahead and ordered a new fore end stock from them. Guess what... They sent the wrong part and I have now been trying to get in touch with them for over two weeks. Nobody responds to emails, chat never connects, and if the phone even rings there nobody answers. For what one pays for their products they should do better. They are the worst. Once I have the new part I am selling this gun, and my beretta pistol, and I am buying a Browning. It is really hard to put into words what a horror show it is to deal with them.

Just checking on rebate

Im sorry cant remember her name but had a great conversation about the company and positive feedback about the APX carry .. dunno what all the professional YouTube guys are talking about its a fantastic little pistol that I want to set up an ankle holster for .. beretta firearms are top notch !! Look forward to getting a few more thank you and happy holidays!!!

I received an email from Beretta confirming rebate. Seven months later, I call Beretta and was told that rebate was denied.

Beretta did admit that a mistake was made. Said I should receive my rebate in 10 to 12 weeks. Still waiting.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE (Repair dept)

I am writing this letter without knowing where or how to begin Back in October of 2021, I purchased a Beretta A300 Outland shotgun at Bass Pro shop (1st mistake) as my local armory did not have it in stock and was not sure when they would get it back in stock. It worked good and I loved the way it felt as well thru the first couple of times taking it out to the range. Probably fired 150 to 200 shells from it. In February while out shooting clays, my shotgun began jamming. Trigger would not fire and it felt as it had the safety on. On that day, there happened to be tournament at the range and I had a local armory on site take a look at it. After about 20 mins, he gave it back and said there was an issue with the safety and the trigger and if issue continued to please take it in for a look at by their gunsmith (they thought I had purchased my gun there, since I have purchased all my other guns there). Obviously, I did not since they would look at my records and see it was not purchased there. I called Beretta customer service and got all necessary info to send the gun to be repaired. I was told there would be a 6 to 8 week turn around to which I agreed. My gun was sent in on Feb 17th and received by Beretta the next day (I believe). I called to make sure it was received and was told that it had been received and it would be a 6 to 8 week turn around. PERFECT!!! I have continually been in touch with Beretta customer service in numerous times and IF in fact your team takes notes of all the calls, pull my record and see how many times I have called and see Im not lying. Several weeks ago, I was told that since my shotgun was sent so long ago, my case would get escalated and a supervisor would call me back, never happened. A couple of weeks later I called again and when asked about it, and told the person I spoke to that if it would take another 10-12 weeks, I would want the shotgun returned and I was then told that the shotgun was in the shop being worked on and it would be a couple of weeks before I would get it back Today, almost 4 months to the day I sent the shotgun in for repair, I was told the same song and dance, it would take 10-to 12 weeks for the service to take place and they were working on service repairs from January, they told me this same jargon a MONTH AGO!!! EXCUSE ME, WE ARE AT ALMOST 16 WEEKS HERE NOW!!! Are they not even paying attention to what they are saying??? 10 to 12 weeks and I sent this in on February??? Are you seriously kidding me??? I have been trying to keep my cool with the agents as they are not the folks working on the guns but unfortunately, I cant speak to the awesomely skilled gunsmiths you have working there which also leaves me to think, what kind of *** firearms is Beretta putting out now that there is still a service wait for fire arms sent in since January, how many defective guns are you selling now??? I own 2 Beretta firearms, a 92X Centurion and the shotgun that has been in your possession longer than I have owned it. I have been shopping for a Silver Pigeon 3 for some time now but have since switched to purchasing a different brand as there are TONS out there just as good. It is very sad that such a reputable company like Beretta has such low and bad quality customer service. While I understand that the demand for fire arms is big now, the quality of your service should not suffer. I wish there was a way of getting my money back for this shotgun but I know there isnt so the only thing I can do now is continue to be a hostage to your customer service and wait to see how long it will take for you to return my shotgun. PLEASE RETURN MY SHOTGUN AS IS, DONT BOTHER REPAIRNING IT as I will take to my local armory and pay for it to be repaired out of my pocket. Hence, I sent in the warranty cards that extended the warranty from 1 year and added 2 extra years. BIG DEAL if you are not going to fulfill the repair in a timely matter. Just so you are aware, I will be sharing this with the BBB (Better Business Bureau) so it at least serve as a warning for someone looking to purchase a Beretta fire arm to think and consider this interaction as it could happen to them and hopefully purchase a different brand. I know I will NEVER purchase another Beretta product ever again and, will share my story with anyone who asks or is listening. PLEASE RETURN MY SHOTGUN AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, DONT BOTHER TO REPAIR IT!!!
