I am from Goa. I bought Benali TRK 502 bike from Bangalore since it is not available in Goa. My bike is in Goa. The first service is not yet done, its beyond due date though. I am trying to contact the Bangalore showroom (Brindavan Motors) everyday but they are not responding at all. Can you please inform me how to get my first service done? Pissed of by Benelli service
2018 registered Benelli tnt25 bs4 model only got 3 to 4 service since last 5 years because of service was unavailable by company, still cant ride my bike because Beneli service centre kolkata(Jagannath Dolui , phone number: 983105****) confirmed me not to bring the bike to the howrah Kolkata Benelli service centre, i dnt know why?But he said he wont service the bike because that is headache.Now if the company is not really not providing service to their customers then we should not buy Benelli bikes and should file a case against the company.

Noone listen my complaints against my bike ... Owner makes me fool fr last 6months n workers misbehaving with me ... I really don't want to take again a new bike or also never refer or tell a frnd to buy this Benelli bike..

Benelli is a worst Bike Brand I purchased Benelli TNT 1130 on 28/02/2017 from State Odisha City-Bhubaneswar when the dealer deliver and handover the vechile to me I faced Battery issue then after some month I have to purchased the battery from my own after a few month later I faced a problem in which my So called Bike get engine problem for which I am suffering till now My vechicle no is OD 05 Z 0551 in the name of the brand company is looting money from customers before couple of days BBSR showroom dealer called me and told me that your bike is ready to ride you will not face any problem I gone to the showroom when I saw my bike my mind was stucked because the show room personal they broke my bike brake I have the evidence that they lied me till now my bike getting red hot my silencer my engine both are getting red hot thanks god he saved me from burning I hate this brand this Benilli brand

Disapointed with benelli service
I live in extreme south Goa. I have to travel 70kms 1 way just to get my bike serviced. Benelli should come up with service centre in south Goa or provide free pick up and drop facility to the customers. This is very patatic and needs to be improved on priority. Just feel like selling away my bike due to such bad service from benelli Goa. Provide me with fuel assistance or give me discount on service as i have to travel very far.

I live in extreme south goa. No nearby service center and no pick nd drop from service centre. Very disapointed Benelli should improve on this and set a service centre in south goa or provide free pick and drop service to customers. Also i have asked to change my butterfly guard on waranty the second time but its not done.

Sir I am Purchage Benelli impriale 400 last one year purchase year 2021 but only fist service then 2 service is not posebal to cut in Udaipur benelli service center I am not time so I talk to Udaipur benelli you have service provide to my city not responding now trill date plz acton Thank you

Complete for Benelli 400 services problem
Very poor service Last time given for cone set repair it was not successful same problem was repeating i repaired the bike unauthorised service it was perfectly done in fork bearing water leakage were the bike is still in warranty period I have raised complaint for both service centre Goa and Hubli even in free service i have paid money for extra labour charges even fork oil seal also not properly done last time at Hubli I feel that even hero splendor is better then your bike I am ready to send legal notice to Benelli India

Product issue
Hi Team, I am using Benelli imperial 400 it completed 2940 km, last few days I am facing issue with front suspension shock up oil leakage, even vehicle under warranty and not even crossed more than 5000 km. I trust the brand name and purchase the vehicle, however it give bad and worst experience. Benelli cant keep the good quality of product means what should I need to do as a customer
