Never received my order

Many questions to have answered
I've been in an ongoing investigation into what this all is and why a refund scares everyone and $5-20 credit is universal on most refund requests. The word exchange goes to a superior at the infamous contact us. My shipment took 6 weeks and now 3 months after it arrived just attempting to understand the process and refual as well as other questions I develop daily. At this time I want to return my item and waive any kid of compensation. The reaction I'm getting is that staff is concerned and confused. Otherwise I can confirm other consumers complaints and assist as I continue my journey into bella.make sure you want the item no matter what because it's yours forever with the return and refund policy I've still got many questions on

They think you are stupid ,they treat you like you got a mental disability .after I said my order was wrong they keep going around and around so you will never see your $ they send packages saying 1 size after 2 different sizes . don't fall for it ,you should go to other sites not Facebook all I found is scams look on the size a d bag don't be like me a fool

Waiting for order for weeks
Still waiting on order, tried loads of times to contact but no luck yet took money straight away, it's saying still processing but when I ordered weeks ago it said 3 to 7 days, I've sent messages on live chat of the items I'm waiting for plus the order number for each item but still no reply, will never use this site again

Bellewholesale trying to tell me that they check out the weight of the package and nothing was missing. Not a good place to shop and if anything damage or missing customer are on their own.
They are not responsible.
They dont appreciate the little money one spend at their store. I will take this further.

I bought a dress, a long sleeve button front shirt and a pair of wedding slippers. The dress and the slippers came but not the blouse.

I bought 3 items. I only received 2 in good condition. I received the dress and the shoes but not the shirt. I want to know if it is shipped differently.
