Can't get a person to answer the phone. They literally have ZERO customer service. Behringer having a website is useless, you get routed to another site you have to join and still get nowhere. I love their guitar effects pedals ,but, dayum... All i want todo is buy a new *** for one of my pedals and it should not be this hard to buy one.

Regarding Problem Facing During Recording in Beherenger UM2 Sound Card Purchased online
Dear Sir, I have purchased Behrenger UM2 through online 4-6 Years Back. Recently I have installed windows 10 64 Bit in my computer and using DAWS ( Cubase 5, 12), (Nuendo 4 & 12), MIXCRAFT 9 and FL Studio 20. Also using condenser mic BM 800. But while recording it creates huge noise and clip sound automatically which creates problem during mixing mastering. The recording Quality also very bad. I have change the mic code and audio interface driver but still problem persist. I am not able to contact your customer care so it's take more time.Kindly advise how can I fix the problem of noise and a sound in recoding waves so that I can start my recording immediately. My complaint is just that I want to swap the x32 producer for the top one after having it for a week and not using it I traveled 3 hours to do the deal arranged with shake it up music Nambour? They had the other one waiting for me until they said the box was a bit messy wtf cant you guys give me a fn brake? Not like you dont have insurance etc etc just not happy will never buy anything from you again and Facebook will be getting a *** ton of bad advertising from me

Adat faillure on Behringer UMC 1820 connecting to Focusrite 18i8
Hello i just bought a new Behringer UMC 1820 from a store in Mauritius intended to extend the inputs and outpouts of my focusrite 18i8.I connected both with Toslink cable and they both synchronise.The issue is that the UMC doesnt send audio signal to the Focusrite.Can you help please

Behringer DR600 reverb pedal (purchased via Amazon.com)
My pedal works well and it is connected to a 9V power bank. However, for unknown reaons The "ON/BATT" light flickers on and off at short intervals even if the pedal is turned off. This never happened before, so please advise. Thanks in advance!

Hello, I recently emailed regarding my faulty Truebuds and hope you can help. One side will not now charge, pair or work at all. There are no indications visible. One side appears dead. They have been very little used (only on vacation and that has not been much because of Covid restrictions). I have tried to log on to the website to request a service call but it does not recognize my email address. I have tried to re-register but I cannot do that either. I am disappointed as they were a present. I would be very pleased if you can provide me with the help needed to get them working again. Thank you, regards, Ian Burrell

Poly D issue
Hello!! I have 3 problems with my poly D 1.- oscilator unestable, i mean an OSC should be stable and not suffer of changes when holding 1 single note, my poly D suffer of tone changes eaven if i only hold 1 note without any FX on, and only 1 OSC turned on, it almost feels like the sound from the synths is being looped from a program or something. 2.- noise has this ultra loud crackling when turned on, eaven on low FREQ (cut) 3.- when poly D set to square wave of OSC, i move the Empahsis potentiometer and it creatse a crackling noise too, i tryed cleaning the potentiometer since my synth is out of waranty for a year now My question is, how much does it cost for a repair with this problems?? I have no idea if there are more issues with my synth, i just discovered the (#3) yesterday, and (#2) 5 months ago, so idk if my synth has more issues (#1) a year ago issue I love my poly D but id like it with non of this usable issues:(

Connection issues
Hi I'm trying to connect my behringer feedback destroyer pro to my behringer virtualizer 3d fx2000 and my behringer Ultra-Flexible 8 Channel Splitter/Mixer ULTRALINK PRO (MX882 V2) to my 2 JBL ion powered speakers, right now I have the ultra link hooked up just fine where sound hits hard out of the speakers but I can't seem to connect the feedback destroyer and fx2000 so they also work at same time. I'm using this for live sound so I just want to connect everything so it works properly please help
