Difficulty in canceling subscription

Upset someone other than me had my information and started this account. Well, they close my account the same day that I found out it has started, but I wasn’t refunded my money.

For a search engine that supposed to keep your privacy protected leaves a great deal to be desired.
I am a subscriber to beenverifed for the simple reason: to search for names, addresses, phone numbers, etc. Recently I've become very disappointed with the service because the info on me is so out of wack it's not even funny! There are addresses, e-mails, pictures that are not mine ID. And complaining to them with by phone or by their website does absolutely nothing!! Deleting inaccurate information returns. And all they say is it's public information. REALLY??? I'm at the point to call an attorney.

Cancelled and still charged
All is well. Subscription cancelled & REFUND issued. I wish other online entities were as attentive as you all appear to be. Mail order done online back in APRIL 22. Still not resolved: even had to file a complaint with the AG's office. Grrrrr...
