Need to talk to someone about our mattress

mattress developed a slumping hole area on the left side of mattress where I lay. Causes severe back pain. tried turning it around then my wife had several complaints of back pain. She has moved to another room to sleep because of the mattress.

Very poor

On May 25th of 2023. I ordered a TWIN Simmons Air Bed. I was sent a Queen size. Item was shipped back because of the wrong size. On June 12th, 2023. I reordered a TWIN Simmons Air Bed the same as before and received the wrong order again. I was sent another Queen which is very frustrating because whoever is shipping these orders needs to be retrained. It clearly reads Queen Size on the box. Why ship a Queen twice when I ordered a TWIN twice. This is ridiculous. One time making a mistake is understandable, but back to back making the same mistake when it says right there on the box the size. I will be shipping this order back as well. Will not be ordering again.

To assist in the resolution of my issue and inform other customers of potential problems.

Need replacement for Beautyrest Hospitality Westbury Plush 2 Sided Full Mattress Set purchased from HSN. Damage to foundation was noticed and photographed when plastic cover was removed. Reported to HSN on March 22, 2023.

Sent pictures and receipt and no response. Mattress has failed concave on an area. Bought mattress brand new. This should not happen unacceptable

Resolved: 4 month old electric heating pad won’t work

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. The management sent an email.

I had to send photos, and give numbers off the controller.

They are sending a new one and told me to throw the other one away. Thanks a bunch!.

We purchased a quilted California king electric heating mattress pad in Aug 2022 and it wont work. We have tried unplugging everything and it still wont work. I cant get anyone to answer emails or phones. Why have a warranty?

Please help with my bed problems.

Our beauty rest mattress is two and half years old, second one we've had problems with. It's so broke down, we're unable to sleep on. We bought it from Beautiful Rooms in Mcalester Ok., Their not taking care of us, I just want this problem resolved. We have filled out paperwork, took pictures, WHAT ELSE..

Ashley Furniture Store Complaint

I purchased one of your mattresses on 6/1/2022 from Ashley Homestore in Myrtle Beach,SC. I was told by the salesperson that I could try it for 30days and if I wasn't happy with it I could exchange it for a different model. My new mattress and box spring was delivered to my residence on June 18. On July 9 I contacted the store customer service as well as in person and requested an exchange because the mattress is too firm and makes my neck and shoulders hurt. I am now told I can not make an exchange of your product even though I was told otherwise at the time of purchase. Do I have any recourse in this matter as I am now out over $1,700 and still need a different mattress. Your assistance in this matter will be greatly appreciated and I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Haven't heard from their customer service

I emailed Beautyrest last week about my heated mattress pad and have heard nothing from them. I am very upset with their lack of customer service.

Issue with heated mattress pad

Hello. I purchased a heated mattress pad from Amazon on 2/20/21, model #BR55-0672. I noticed the pad wasn't heating properly and then the remote was flashing, all buttons. Per your instructions, I disconnected the plug in the wall then the bed. I replugged it back into the bed and then the wall, and it is not resetting. According to my purchase info, there is a 5 yr warranty and I would like to see if you have any answers to my issue or if I can get a replacement pad. This is the worst mattress I have ever owned. customer service is horrible to deal with. will not offer me any alternative except "there is nothing we can do about it". Do NOT recommend this co.

Mattress was recommended by sales man at store because I have back and hip problems. When we got it home it is so soft we cannot sleep on it. Called customer service and woman told me I had 100 day comfort guarantee. I called the store and they said no. Called back customer service and was told that "there was nothing they could do about it".

Bad mattress

The mattress is falling down on one side the support is gone Every time someone sleeps on that side theyre falling off the bed were not heavy people were a big but were not heavy so I dont know

Worthless Warranty

Beautyrest does not back up their warranty. They do not provide any way to talk to a representative, and their warranty site does not cover all problems. After taking numerous pictures as required, they rejected my claim. I tried to fax an explanation and request, but the line must be off the hook because it does not connect.
