Defective product
I bought a scented candle worth 2.5k and it arrived with a chipped glass, stickers not aligned, etc. I asked for a refund or replacement but they refused. I was supposed to use it for gifting but cannot due to the quality. Terrible service!

Deliveries Always Take SO DAMN LONG
Beauty MNL has the worst delivery service time Ive experienced. Every single time I place an order, it takes a minimum of 10 days before I receive my parcel. Ive had Shipping Cart orders from the US arrive faster than this. So damn frustrating.

No refund but credits
I have made the order using my credit card and right after checkout i canceled it only to find out you guys have given me beauty mnl credits instead. Why cant you all give the customer back the money the same way you were paid to?? This does not make me want to try ordering again on your website! It is crazy this kind of rule you have how absurd!

I ordered 2 in 1 poreless power liquid then when i recvd my order, i notice something different from my cosrx 2 in 1 poreless power liquid product.
