The iitem which I purchased. Is being sent to an ffl. When the product should be shipped to my house.This forces me to pay a tranfer fee.Why not ship it directly to me.

17 hmr upper wont cycle, bends rounds when loading
I figured out you can't pull bolt carrier group all the way back, as it causes the round to point up to high. Hence bent rounds and not loading. I have 4 uppers and I'm very satisfied with them. I just wish the 17 was a little more accurate..will buy more uppers and parts.

Complete AR uppers
Hi I got a picture message from fed ex saying that my item was delivered but the unit they send it was 1404 and I reside in unit 428 I tried recovering my item from that unit and seems no one is living there.i checked my account with bear creek and the adress I provided shows 428 now I want my money back or my item send to the correct address please fix this issue thanks!

I purchased two .410 complete uppers. I received one and paid for two. The status says complete on my order yet ibonlt received one I am attaching a screen shot of the order which shows one item when I was charged for two. They were on sale for 265.00 each

BCA shipped my non FFL items to my FFL dealer which caused a few issues for me. In the past I've experienced slow shipping but never had a non FFL item shipped to my FFL dealer. This caused a inconvenience for me and the dealer.

It's been two weeks and I've not heard anything about where my gun is. No one ever responded or answered the phone

Been trying to contact customer service for alittle over a week now. My Phone calls never get answered. I have left two messages to receive a call back and nothing. I know times right now in the gun industry is busy and crazy but this kind of ridiculous. The price of BCAs products is hard to beat but at this point Id rather spend more money on products with a company that cares more about customer service and makes the consumer a priority rather than a company that just takes your money and doesn't prioritize customer service. I just had some very simple questions about a product I have bought so I can understand it better but it seems like thats not an important subject for them to spend time on. With my experience of the customer service Im concerned about the reliability of this company if an issue presents itself with a product I will rely on for the protection of my family.

Question on buffer weight
I just bought a bca 450 upper its not locking open on last round and a few times the bolt didnt slam shut I have a h2 buffer in it is it two heavy and which buffer weight do you recommend thank you

Price of AR-10 drop $62 two days after I bought it mine
AR-10 I bought online sku#cr301n-sp308rnw2011ssdl-15msr. Two days after I ordered this rifle I went on to check my purchase and saw it was $62 cheaper the last twice and haven't got an answer if there could be some adjustment not really looking for the money maybe I can get a set of cheap sites for the gun looking forward to your answer have a blessed day

Double-Feeding issues with 7. 5" 7.62x39 upper
Purchased a 7.5 in 7.62X39 upper from BCA...FROM DAY 1, FTE, DOUBLE FEEDS AND JAMS NEARLY ON EVERY ROUND!!! THOUGHT IT WAS FROM STEEL CASED RDS, BUT SWITCHED TO BRASS RDS-SAME DAMN THING...EVEN TOOK OFF 1.5 INCHES OFF OF BUFFER SPRING, SAME DAMN THING..NEED TO KNOW WHAT'S THE DAMN DEAL IS AND HOW THIS CAN BE RECTIFIED..MONEY TO TIGHT TO JUST GIVE AWAY..1ST BCA I HAVE HAD ISSUES WITH-FROM 2 50 BEO'S TO YOUR NEW .22 MAG UPPER AND 7 OTHERS IN BETWEEN...HELP FIX THIS OR REPLACE IF BAD IN YOUR OPINION, BCA!!!
