How am I able to access my account by 05/25/2022 if I can't get to it, the link takes me to another site instead of the e-check review page. I tried calling customer service through pissedconsumer.com and no answer. Thank you for taking a few minutes to read this email. The reason for the review is so that I am able to deal with you guys and not get pushed to other websites.
More specifically after I was approved through multiple applications and whatnot you guys approved me through an email guaranteeing me $1,800 credit line for use immediately. When I tap immediate button it shoots me to another website. I immediately then contacted you guys and then got the phone number I just want access to the MasterCard and the stuff that I was going to be able to get that you guaranteed me for the 1800. I just didn't want to take a chance if somebody's stealing my information. Also thank you for your time my phone number is 614-484-**** the name is Jonathan Matthew boy my address is 5424 Avery Rd. I GOT LATTER I ASKED DISCOUNT THEY DONT GAVE DISCOUNT. NOT I DONT WANT TO PAY BILL. AS PER LAW THEY CANNOT DO ANYTHING. ANYWAY I HAVE NO JOB AS PER LAW THEY CANNOT TOUCH ME.. AFTER 3 MONTH THEY STOP CALLING .. THANKS AND FORGET ME .

They keep calling me. I have no bills in my name only my husband. All our bills are paid current. They have no reason to call me and when they do they wont speak. I called back and they phish for info on me. They asked my social. I said verify what you have. They said no so i said puck off and hung up

Received a letter,,,,Cannot reach them on the phone...and they say put in reference number..you do...and they say" cannot locate',,,,oh my! I feel bad for people who have their credit scores damaged by this company,,,,I do not think that it is fair to damage someones credit, when they are just starting out,,, and have great credit score,,,and then receive a letter like this and you cannot contact them...Maybe that is what they do,,,I have never received any,,,this is for my grandaughter, who is in college....I hope this does not damage her getting an apartment,,,etc,,,I hope that we can get this resolved,,,,,quickly,,,,,

Very Coercive and will Hijack your Credit file
I had a bill that was placed by Jupiter Medical with them. There was no room for negotiation with either. I settle to do a payment plan on a $2700.00 bill. This was placed with BCA in Jan 2018. I pd $1K In Jan 2018, and had a credit card on file for $50.00 mo. Feb 2018 $50.00 payment. Mar 2018 $ 50.00 payment. Then at the end of March 2108 it was report to Tansunion and Equifax as a Derogatory remark. When I originally entered into a payment agreement with them I asked them straight out this will be reported to the credit bureaus, I was so no as long as you pay your bill monthly. We they had my credit card on file. I called on 03-29-18 and spoke with Miquel and is was cold and very rude, his remark we have to do what we have to do. You paid a large amount at first then you are paying small amounts. They do not know the amount of medical bills i am paying off. We have to do what we have to do to get our money and get the account paid off. When we report it to the credit bureaus it is our security blanket to get you to pay it off quickly if you want to have it taken off. It is on there until it is paid off. I had perfect credit FICO and it went down 100 points. They reported it has NOT PAID and ChargeOff. So for 2 months of payments I go this. I paid it off. Still they have not taken it off. Now I have to fight them to take it off with the bureaus. They are not following the federal guidelines for collections. You pay on time and consistently they will "Jack" your Credit File and make your FICO score tank. They are vultures and they are shady.

Gross Negligence of Corporate Title..
I'm investing in my first family home, as a mother of 2 and as a Veteran family for 10 years we have looked forward to the day we can find our own special place and settle there as opposed to moving every 18 months or so. So I'm sure you could only imagine my dismay and shocking surprise to find out that I had a negative report on my credit from BCA... Which BCA in the United States, I have no clue, I have never received a phone call or mail correspondence from this company.. My Credit Superheroes are going to take care of this untimely situation for me and I wont have to ever say a word to any Representative, but I did want to make a point of letting this "Company" know that I know they have my personal information.. Somehow, some bloody way, my info ended up in the hands of a greedy company that could probably end the homelessness in America.. But like most of these Corporate Giants, they would rather stand on the bones of the little people just so they can have their way. I wonder, do you know how absolutely childish and petty you look?.. Just curious, at least I asked, you didn't ask me a damn thing. You just decided that my number was up i guess.. Like some lottery or a bloody bingo game. Well, my darlings, this is not a game to me.. I look forward to hearing what my Lawyer and the Financial Investigator has to say when I get my briefing. I would say my best Thoughts and Prayers are with you, but as we all know those are useless everywhere. Toodles xo

On my Credit Karma Report
I also tried several times to contact this company to have a bill I never so called received for medical billing I have never seen. No one after leaving several messages will not return my calls, send me information requested or even answer their phones. It seems they do not want us to take care of business if we do owe or get this taken care of to get off of our credit report. How sad that everyone feels they are GOD and have the right to mess up your lives because they have no time to tell you that this could be a mistake and if not show what you are paying for. Emailed them to ask for information to be sent to my home address and they stated they would get back with me. Now the email does not work anymore. So I feel I have done everything possible to rectify the situation upon their refusal to get back with me feel this should be taken off my report but they refuse because they can get in touch with them but not with me.

Not my debt but still harrassing me
Somehow they've gotten hold not only of my unlisted home phone but my cell as well. Multiple daily calls to both numbers regarding my ex husband's debt...well over 25 grand all racked up after I left the marriage nine year ago!! My name is not on any of the accounts but just the fact that I haven't been able to divorce him seems to be grounds enough for this collection agency to come after me. I have recorded several calls from them suggesting I come up with the money even if it means standing on the corner to do so...they have called my work(I'm a supervisor for a non profit) and called my doctor as well. My credit is in the tank due to their inability to realize I am not responsible. I deal only in cash now thanks to them....

HARRASSMENT
I had a hospital bill turned over to BCA financial because i could not send the hospital as much as they wanted me to send. I tried to set up lower payment arrangements. BCA FINACIAL LIES, THEY TREATEN,THEY HARRASS. THEY BASICALLY DO STRONG ARM COLLECTIONS. After making payments to them that was agreed upon with them i then got a call saying my balance was xxx amount and if i agreed to pay a settlement immediately they would close the account if i did not agree to pay the settlement they were going to lean my house. after several harrassing calls i agreed to pay the settlement which i had to borrow. once i thought this nightmare was over i was wrong only to find out they still turned me over and it is on my credit report.

Refusal to document?
address posted in credit karma (NW 11 St, Miami) bad. letter returned not forwarded. businesses might move but legitimate ones forward their mail. next step- demand documentation through the credit bureau or removal of adverse posting. no way I will hold on phone or search the net for another address. They never call back
About a year ago my daughter visited a doctor and I received a bill for $50 from them with no account # or date of service. I tried repeatedly to reach them by phone to confirm an account # so that my check could be properly assigned. After several unsuccessful attempts I then received a notice from BCA that my bill had gone to collection. Again, no account #, nor even a doctor's or even patient's name. I tried to pay via their website but there was nowhere on the site to associate the PayPal payment they wanted with an account. No way. I have been calling them for the past 10 months but they never return my calls, they only send threatening letters. Guess what ? I won't be intimidated.

Bca Financial Services Debt Collection Review
They called and gave into on a debt to my partner that in turn got me kicked out of my house. Apparently just knowing where i live is enough for debt information to be released.
