Necesito localizar mi cuenta ( en origen del Laredo National Bank 9400***-*) porque quiero cerrar mi cuenta en el banco y solicitar el envio del saldo que tengo con vosotros (aproximado 1.200 dolares) A cual direccion de correo o email debo enviar los documentos, porque se los envie todos a la direccion de Birminghan en 2019 y nunca recibi respuesta. He enviado por correo< fotocopias de los pasaportes, solicitacion de cierre de cuenta, datos de mi banco en Brasil y principalmente el documento original de apertura de la cuenta. I would like to know. How can it be possible that i try more than 5 time to get an issue resolved and everytime. They just came up with some non sense answer. An employee. Of BBVA. Was sharing my information to a relative of him that was my exboyfriend. So. He new every movement that was done to my acct and. Info of the deposits that was made to me and names of some customer i had So he would find. Some how there contact. And contact them to say all kind of stuff to the point they stop doing business with me so it caused me so much financial lost. So I contact special unit so is called specialist at BBVA. And all they say is: do you have proof? I mean. Why would someone make all this just for fun? So I say to check how many calls i make. And check who opens my acct y the reason I don't call often. Or visit the the bank. And the answer I got was again same but now they wanted me to remember. The date and time of the calls i hade made and reason. Has this happen to anyone beside me??

I had a car loan through BBVA compass in 2021 around August the loan should have been paid off.for 5 years they automatically withdraw from my banking account,the last payment was not withdrawn.in 2022 around August I was notified from PNC BANK had taken over BBVA COMPASS and that I owed 1 payment.no one notified me of anything about this situation.i paid the payment,still no notification from bank.now my credit is not good anymore because of this situation.do not know what to do.

Dad purchased a car financed thru this bank in2003 and when the loan was paid off he never received the title with the lien released he passed away oct 21/2022 and we are trying to clean up his estate
