Cancellation

Bad customer service

No manager on site does not fix anything says payments are missing when I have proof they refuse to deal with it so now they are working with other people but refuse to talk to me very *** people who only cares about them selves rent has went from 1400 a month to 1800 a month I’ve paid my rent on time every time for a year now

Romulus Michigan...TERRIBLE

checked in, when into room, smelled musty. the tile in the bathroom was broken and uneven, and yes there was black mold in the shower. i took pictures and went down to the front counter. The lady was rude and told me there was no other rooms available. Needless to say i did not stay there, I would rather stay in my house with no power for another day then stay there

NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE ABOUT IT THIS PLACE IS TRASH LIKE I SAID YOU GET NO ROOM SERVICE IF YOUR TRASH IS TAKEN OUT YOU HAVE TO PUT IT OUTSIDE YOUR DOOR THEY'VE GOT COUCHES SITTING ON TOP OF COUCHES IN THE LOBBY STAIRS ROPED OFF THE HANDICAP ELEVATOR DOESN'T WORK IT'S NOT WORTH $400

Waited an hour to get our room then we get in here to find out that we have to ask for more towels you don't get room service like you don't nobody comes and queens and if you need your trash taking out you sit it outside your door and then your key resets everyday so you have to go downstairs and get it reset or you get locked out of your room this hotel is ***

Overall bad experience

I was at the Baymont in Fargo North Dakota. The breakfast area was not kept picked up, hot tub was same temperature as pool, exposed wires to outlets in the hallway, laundry area run down. The hallway our room was down was dark. Our room had a door to the court yard and that area was not mowed and over run by weeds. Our non smoking room smelled like smoke. When I mentioned all this upon checkout I was told what do you expect we are a 2 star hotel if you want better you should stay in a 4 star hotel. I said the reason why your a 2 star is because you don't care enough to fix the problems and he said yes that's right.ll

Complaint and refund

1. We paid up front and when we asked for a refund so we could leave and go to a different hotel they said no refunds. So we were stuck staying there! 2. When we checked in we were not told that the hot tub was not working or we would have gone to a different hotel right away and not bothered staying there in the first place because I have a bad back and I wanted to soak my back specifically in the hot tub! 3. The free continental breakfast was the worst we have ever had at a hotel ever the muffins were so hard you could have played pool with them! 4. The service was non existent at the front desk! 5. The turn down service never once knocked on our door and asked if we needed anything like toilet paper even! Clean towels, are bedsheets changed, nothing! Garbage never got taken out even! So when we did finally call down and the front desk finally did answer they gave us a attitude and said that they dont clean while someone is in the room now while they are staying!!! They blamed it on Covid but that doesnt mean that you cant still knock on a door and simply say, this is housekeeping, do you need anything? Which they did not do! We ran out of everything!! So when we did call for stuff they argued about us needing stuff and took forever getting the stuff! When we said we would like a refund we would like to leave they argued more got very rude disrespectful and said no! Do we had to stay and not waist our money that we paid upfront! We had the worst time! When they finally did come in they only spot cleaned and still never changed the sheets!! So we slept on dirty sheet! Yes our own dirty sheets but we have two small kiddos a 1 year old and a 2 year old and you know how messy they get sheets! We asked for clean sheets and got none! The hole experience was a terrible experience! 6.The biggest complaint I have is that I believe my daughter got sick from swimming in the pool there! She now sound all congested and has a bad cough! The pool area was very musty and smelt moldy! We would really like a refund that we originally ask for and were refused and forced to stay there and endure!! We paid over $1600. For six nights and I would never ever go back or recommend going there again or to my friends or family! We couldnt even get new toilet paper for god sake from housekeeping because they wouldnt do their jobs and the front desk argued with us about it!! What kind of a hotel does that for the money we paid!!

I have not received nothing back for the fact they gave a room key to someone I didn't know n she climbed in bed with me n my husband and the general manager didn't do anything to help us.

Fraudulent charges

Baymont inn in powell tennessee charged me over a$1000 more than they should have $69/night was my rate the clerk cameesha assured me if I stayed my rate would be $69 fast forward 2 weeks they take $1300 out which is $320 more than they should have for 2 weeks then $885 the next day I stayed from June 11 to the 30th I paid separately for the 11th and 12th so for 17 days they charged me almost $2200 NOW I DISPUted with my bank I called the police and now have to deal with corporate too!!!

Over charged

I booked my stay at booking.com and paid in full for my room. The reservation was for my husband, dog and I. At check in I was charged a pet fee if $40 that I wasnt told about. I figured there would be a $15 fee because the other wydam I am staying at in Virginia charged $15 pet fee. The morning of check out my credit card company sent me a text saying I was charged $62. I asked at check out why they charged my card so much and the person said there was tax on the $40 pet fee. I would have been told about the tax at check in but was unaware of it plus a $20 fee for incidentals that would be refunded once I checked out. The room was clean and nice. The breakfast was ok. I would stay here again if it werent for the hidden charges and fees!!

Still haven't gotten back my shoes they've had for a week and a half at Baymont in Lakeland Florida

Baymont inn in Lakeland Florida, has had a week and a half to mail back my husband shoes and hasnt done so We said send it COD. I dont understand why they cant do it. My husband needs his size 14 shoes which are not easy to find and were expensive Please contact the Lakeland office and have them send them to Charles Talbot 483 Highway 125 RayCity, GA 31645

Poor hospitality and customer service

First, let's start by I walk in after reserving a room online probably smelling like marijuana because I smoke it in the very first thing that the clown at the front desk. Steven tells me is there's a $250 deposit cash only for anyone from the local area in Saint Clair county guessing this can be waived obviously because people from out of state, do not have to pay it, but being he's a first class clown he wanted to proclaim his dominance as a *** desk worker, then, after going to ATM and returning me, and my two sons for Father's Day weekend, head to our room, when arriving one of the beds was completely messed up and not made up to par, especially for a hotel standard. It was poor for a motel standard after checking out the room we wanted to go see the workout room or fitness area, in which you need a key to access, not a hotel key an actual key, while peeping in the window the little Skeezers that cleans the rooms wants to unnecessarily say I believe it's 18 and up only, for one if my kids are with me, don't need anyone telling me that they can't be in there unless it's a bar for two what kind of hospitality is it to bombard your guest with *** rules and regulations. I think they forgot that I paid to stay here almost $200 for just two nights I'm looking forward to getting my cash deposit back because if I have any issues getting it back, I will be taking the whole *** drawer last time I'll ever stay at this piece of ***

Poor customer service

I booked my room through vio online and they mistakenly booked my room for the day before I reserved it for so when I showed up to check in I was just marked as at no show. This was not a mistake made by me. The booking company tried to contact the hotel with the mistake and see if they would reschedule me for that night... the night I had originally booked for. And they could've accommodated me but chose not to. This left me clear across town separated from the other person on this trip with me, carrying all my belongings and walking with no where to go and no money.

Got woke up around 2:30 am Desk lady did nothing.

Got woke up at 2:30 am around there. Gave it a few minutes maybe they just got back but it continued I call the front desk oh wait the phone in the room didn't work. So I goggles the hotel called fron desk a lady answered I reported it and asked if she can't stop it I'd like another room. She dis nothing the noise continued by 3:45 it continued they could hear it down stairs I bet my room 316 3rd floor lol I got ready and went to check out. The lady came out to greet me I told I called he a long time ago and she dis nothing I said I want to check out. To be truthful I think she was friends with the party on the third floor by her facial expressions. After about 10 mins.she couldn't give me my invoice. So I left it was about 4:15am . I also worked out in the gym the day before. The pool was a disaster. The gym was so dirty and there was a half donut on the floor the men's bathroom was disgusting this was at 6:25 am . The water cooler was empty I went to the breakfast area to use that one and it was empty as well. My shower head dripped as well I had to put a towel around it and towels below it so I wouldn't have to here rhe drip.

This hotel is full of *** and racism, my daughter got hurt on their property and told the front desk about the situation and all they was able to do is call home service to clean the blood and didnt do anything about the child, and after we left the hotel they blamed us for taking damn pillow like 2 what Im gonna do with two pillows, I call to talk to the manager thinking she will be a better person to help me and figure out how I will get my $100 deposit instead the manager was calling me thief for something they dont have proof about, and I told her about my daughter injured and she didnt care instead she started talking about Im being rude and harassing her and she hang up the phone talking about I dont want to see u and your family at the hotel cause u harassed me, Im so pissed like idk who to call and slove this issue if cloud give it 0 rating this will be the best decision..issue and my daughter treatment is getting better this is my daughter after the treatment..

Theft from credit card

We stayed at Baymont by Wyndham I-75 North in Knoxville Tennessee. Was charged more than price signed for upon check in. Assumed this was just a deposit.. The room was filthy, damp and moldy. The ac never cooled the room the entire weekend. Would have stayed elsewhere had everything in the area not been booked due events in the area. We checked out atb10:30 am around 6 pm my credit card was drained of all funds by said property. Have tried contacting the property multiple times only to get a dead line. When reaching out to the customer care department they say they submitted complaint to the property and will watch correspondence.. states will have resolution within 1 week... I'm not optimistic
